Who: Open to anyone, but anyone from the first log will be doubly urged to come.
Where: Starting in Virgo, leading in to Gemini.
Summary: The next night, the song is back, and even stronger...but this time, it seems to have a purpose.
Warnings: Secondary, small plot event
The 27th seemed to have been a bust. Many stood around, discussing the strange music, before eventually retiring when exhaustion hit after the 13th hour...and boy did it. Strangely, the civilian population- even persona users -reported to not hearing anything at all.
The night of the 28th, it happened again. The same song, the same pleading call, to the same row of shops. But something did change, as midnight melted quickly towards the Thirteenth hour.
Another noise sought to be heard over the music- this one akin to television static. If one looked closely at the glass of the nearby shop windows, they could see something cloudy forming on them...but that was only a reflection. Nothing stood in that spot in the street. A figure took form amid the shimmered raindrops, only visible in the reflection of the rain and the glass. A ghost, glowing dimly, with eyes so pitch black that one could never see through them. And where were those unending eyes pointed? Up at Mount Utsugi, giving way to Mictlan...
It moved instinctively, heading for the structure without any glance at the Persona users it had called out to. The piper had it's children, and now it only had to lead them...
[ OOC: Feel free to try to interact with the ghostly figure, or just go along for the ride! And just to clarify, yeah the ghost has no physical form- it's only visible in reflective surfaces -so if you wanna follow it, you might need a mirror or something. If you want to know if something would work for that, just bug me on plurk (gaakishi)! ]

This was starting to bother him, especially since this time it was so late at night. When the hour rolled over into the Thirteenth hour, however, his concern grew worse; he and his team of all people would be able to pick out the sound of television static from anywhere.
His hand instantly dove into his pocket, pulling out his Midnight Channel glasses and putting them on. He zeroed in on this ghostly figure instantly, though he could not see it that well -- he could only see the creature in the reflection of the glasses -- but it was enough for him to be able to follow it.
Yu wasn't sure if the others were there, but curiosity was winning over the common sense to wait for them. He set out after the ghostly figure, feet pounding through puddles after it.

Made a quick stop to the Libra ward to drop off a shawl and a small bag of candy.
When the music beckoned again, he was prepared. It wasn't pleasant going to bed in casual slacks and a raincoat, but he was grateful for it the moment he found himself in front of the row of shops again. His eyes scan the crowd, searching for...
And they stop, every now and then, on the reflection of the child who isn't there.

But when the Thirteenth Hour struck and she could see that... ghost in the reflection of the window, she started to feel a sense of unease and she pretty much hugs her bag to her chest.
Luckily, she has gotten into the habit of carrying a compact with her in case she needed to fix her eyepatch or anything, so she soon quickly pulls that out, angling it so that she can see the ghost in the reflection before going to follow it when it starts moving.

He shivered lightly as he moved through the street - it's moments like this when he almost wished he had kept the cloak and not left it to rot in the Castle That Never Was - frowning when he caught a reflection in one of the windows... and yet found himself unable to sense anything.
For just a moment he almost questioned himself, he was rather paranoid at times after all, but then he caught him again in the reflection of a puddle.
...Well. If that's the games this... whatever wanted to play, Riku was up for it.

The only thing he could find, however, were glimpses of something...ghostly in the reflections of the windows and rain puddles. He could sense nothing and yet - if he didn't know any better, he would've thought he was hallucinating from lack of sleep or exhaustion. But he did know better.
He muttered irritably to himself, taking out his phone and flipping it open, shielding the contraption from the rain with his spare hand. He angled it properly and...there we are. The reflection was murky, but it was enough for him to follow the ghost.
At least it wasn't moving very quickly.

And out during this time of night. Considering his general lack of ability to defend himself properly, it's not a good time for him to be out, and yet here he is. Is it some sort of trap? Is there a reason behind this? He doesn't like it at all.
He carries the umbrella with him tightly, as if expecting he'll need it for more reasons than simply defense against the elements. Where is this "boy" going, and why? Why can't he just talk with him and find out?

A ghost? Kisuke narrowed his eyes as if to get a better look. This wasn't the kind of ghost he was used to back from his home world.
Curiosity took the better of the little ninja; Kisuke took hold of one of his swords and unsheathed the blade just enough to get the reflection of the figure as he followed after.

Upon arriving, he once again checked the shops for any changes. "*sigh* Nothing, again." He shook his head, whether it be from disappointment or relief he did not know but as he was about to leave, he spotted the eerie reflection in the glass. He did not hesitate for a moment, he spun around and placed the Meteor Driver on his waist ready to transform. As he faced the street, he felt his breathing became heavy and his hands start to shake. There was nothing there, but the reflection in the mirror says otherwise.
He was frightened, but as the figure walked towards Mt. Utsugi he felt the urge to follow. His mind was telling him to do the opposite, turn around and run to leave this one alone, but he couldn't. He did not understand why, but he just couldn't. His feet were planted firmly on the ground, still trying to gather up his courage to take that first step. Maybe he could use a little...push.

Nevermind that though, Kaito might as well try to do what he's been doing for the past...was it a week? A little over a week in trying to find where Saiduq went. What if something happened to him? It was hard to imagine, but...dammit, he couldn't think with this piping noise and put on his hood again, blasting his music at full volume. Where the hell could he be!?
When he got to the Virgo district again, his eyes idly floated to one of the shop windows, even though the stores were closed.
The figure was there, and he looked toward the street again at first before doing a double take and looking at the window again.
"What...?" What on Earth...?
