Who: Pit. Open.
Where: Capricorn. (His headmate is not happy.)
Summary: Pit takes out his aggression on random monsters during the 13th Hour.
Warnings: RAAAR and I'M GONNA KEEL U

Pit's in a bad mood. That's why he's out in Capricorn during the 13th Hour with a bow he's using to beat up monsters with, at close range--when he isn't summoning Perseus to do that for him. Pit's pretty agile, but he can't take on a bunch of monsters on his own. Well, not without his persona. He's not thinking about back-up in the form of a sparring partner, 'cause it's whenever he thinks about other people that he starts hitting monsters the hardest.

You'd think he'd be happier to see familiar faces from home!

Dark Pit, meanwhile, is handing back, taking careful aim and firing at anything that looks like it's going to try and eat them. Seriously, you are such a show off with your Persona thing... who needs 'em?

"Chill out then," he replied, shooting one in the eye. "This is nothing different from usual, just in a different place."

"Well maybe it gets on my nerves!" he says, firing at a few of the monsters as Perseus casts another Aeon Rain.

"Well maybe you need to learn that it goes both ways."

He shifted his aim up, shooting right through a shadow that tried to jump at them.

"I can't help who I am! I was this way before you were even created! If you can't accept that, then leave me alone! All you do is make me feel bad and even worse than I even bothered trying to save you!"

And that's when a nearby monster gets hacked to death with his blade.s

"You think I don't know that, you idiot! I came from you, remember?"

Dark Pit spun around, shooting another shadow right in the face.

"You think I'm not the same way? Why the hell do you think I get so annoyed when you call me by that damn nickname?"

The damn Shadow didn't want to go down, so Dark Pit decided to make it so by slamming his fist down on it.

"You really have no room to complain! You dish it out as much as you take it, idiot!"

"Except when I call you Pittoo--" hack "--I mean it affectionately!" slash "But when you call me an idiot--" chop chop chop "--you're just being mean!" ka-pow!

"I don't even know if you wanted to save me or if you were just doing that so you wouldn't die!"

And that's when another persistent monster gets kicked right in the face.

"I hardly consider it affection!" Dark Pit snapped back at him, ripping his bow apart and stabbing both both ends into the body of a monster. "It's annoying, and you completely dismiss it when I tell you so!"

He spun around, mouth open to say more than that, when he got bodily tackled by a shadow, sending him bouncing down the sidewalk.

"Pit--!"

Whether he meant to say "Pittoo" or just call him "Pit", the World Will Never Know. (Unless you ask the narration, who will say yes he meant to call him Pit. "Dark Pit" is a little too much to say when your twin just got knocked down the sidewalk.)

Unfortunately, asking Pit himself won't yield any results, as a monster manages to intercept him as he runs to Dark Pit--intercept him, and knock him unconscious.

Dark Pit let out a groan as he picked himself up from the pavement. Dammit, at this rate he was going to end up Fin--

...oh hell.

"Pit!"

Damn him... they were so grossly out numbered here; why the hell did he think it was a good idea to take care of this by himself?! Were he not an improperly made reflection of Pit, he probably would have just left him there... but Pit's sense of justice was still instilled deep in him. There was no way he could just leave him there, even if he had brought this misery on himself. But what the hell could he do by himself!?

Thou art I... I am thou...

...aw hell no. Dark Pit flinched, used to voices in his head, but... dammit, it sounded like her voice! Was this supposed to be his Persona? Dammit, butterfly guy, this was not funny or ironic!

The Shadows were starting toward him again, making him back up, bow trained on them. Well... right now what choice did he have?

"Tch... just this once," he muttered, drawing out that inner voice... "Persona!"

The light of his inner soul burst out from him and...

...oh.

Oh that is not the Pandora he knew. What the hell was that on the top there? How was this PG? What the hell. Sure, it was getting the job done as it roasted the monsters that were swarming Pit, but still. What the hell.

Mmm, it's nice and warm here. Toasty, even.

Wait. Toasty...?

Pit slowly comes to--then quickly, as it's hard to ignore the flames roaring around him.

"Whoa whoa whoa whoa!"

He flails to his feet (yes, flails). And stops.

And stares.

WHAT. THE HELL. IS THAT THING. OVER YOUR HEAD, PITTOO???

Hey, he's not enjoying it very much either, but you were passed out! He didn't have much of a choice. At least it was proving itself useful by setting everything on fire, but he wasn't entirely sure about its appearance...

"Pit! Get outta there!"

"R-right!"

He dashes through the flames, summoning Perseus to perform a Mind Slice on the monsters that aren't going down--all the while staring at Dark Pit's persona as if he was programmed to, as if he was hunting down a sniper at the end of a trail, looking at him all the while.

Dark Pit's persona swiveled around a bit to watch Pit make a dash for it... revealing that Pit's own face was meshed into that disgusting blob. It stared at him for his whole dash, until it could not do so without turning around.

Yeah he's not staring at it anymore.

"Pit-- Dark Pit, your soul is really disturbing."

"You don't need to tell me this!"

Dark Pit started backing away, watching as Pandora kept burning the hell out of everything in front of it.

"We gotta run. It's not safe here."

"Right! Engaging abscond mode!" he cries, before exiting, st age left.

Or whichever direction is safest.

...seriously, Pit? You couldn't wait for him?

"Ugh... Pandora!"

His Persona let loose another bought of Hellishly hot flames as Dark Pit spun around and hauled ass after his original, his Persona disappearing once he was far away enough.

Pit's waiting for him a safe distance away, keeping his eye out for any pursuing monsters. There doesn't seem to be any, thankfully. Which is good, 'cause Pit's out of breath.

Dark Pit eventually came to a stumbling stop behind him, bending over and clutching his knees as he gasped for breath back. Wow, that... sucked. So sucked.

"Are you hurt? Do you need me to cast another healing spell?"

'Cast another healing spell'. Out of a shooting game and straight into a RPG, eh?

"I'll survive until I get back to my apartment."

He flopped back against the wall, letting out a breath.

Pit's hovering over him, but not too close.

"Um...I can help you back once you've caught your breath."

Dark Pit rolled his eyes. "I don't need help, just... a little tired, that's all."

A-apparently first time summoning took a lot out of people? He was trying very hard to get his heart to stop pounding and his head to stop swimming, but it wasn't exactly working as planned.

"It's always pretty tiring after the first time. Even if you don't want my help, I'm not gonna leave you here alone."
