Who: Open to Everyone, but only Newly Accepted Characters can start threads.
Where: All around the city! They appear where you want them to appear.
Summary: Newcomers arrive and by now the Government is more ready and sends everyone out to go people hunting.
Warnings: ARRIVALS. Also assume the first thread is the ones who tell you about the city, and the other tags for the character can be talking with others in the city and learning more about it.

[FOR THOSE IN THE CITY:]
It was Grand Prix frenzy by this time. The streets were filled with people watching every available television screen, crowds in the bigger areas of Scorpio district with the larger screen.

Now the HORUS detection system was working again. The device allowed everyone to spot abnormalities; and while it was being re-tuned to work with the appearing buildings, they could hone in on newcomers at a much faster pace. The leftover energy from the travel (commonly called Magatama Residue) gave them a few minutes to find them before it would flicker out.

Combined with the fact they could appear in most parts of the city, it made finding the newcomers was both easy yet frustratingly difficult.

As the blips appear on your own radar function, it was also nice enough to calculate for you the best transport and destination routes to take to get there. Speed was of the essence, after all.

[FOR THOSE WHO JUST ARRIVED:]
You're not in your homeworld anymore. That much is evident. So how do you feel? Happy? Sad? Troubled? A little of all three? No matter what, the memories of a butterfly man named Philemon are fading like a dream; you'll remember the details, but perhaps not everything he has said.

There is one word that stays with you, however.

Persona.

So...here to save the city, huh? First you'll need to find out more information. And who knows, maybe a familiar face or two...

But why are everyone huddle around large televisions screens for some reason?

[How did the strange man with a butterfly mask know he could understand him? Or rather, why did he mention Persona like it was a new thing? He knew exactly what it was and why he had his. What he did not know what what he was doing here. Where was this? He had to be home and sit by his friend's side really she's just sleeping! :C

Well, sitting in place wasn't likely going to give him any answers, so he stood up and began padding down the city streets. Might as well find a familiar or friendly face.]

[ Well he may not be the protagonist Koromaru is looking for, but Minato recognize the puppy all the same, and an actual grin breaks out on his face. ]

Koromaru!

[ He calls out the dog's name, walking a bit faster towards him. There is nothing quite like seeing old friends, who were definitely missed! It doesn't even occur to Minato that maybe this isn't his Koro-chan... ]

[Someone who knew his name? Well, he wasn't exactly unknown in Port Island or Iwatodai, but that voice sounds a little familiar (a bit like Junpei's friend, but not(?)). So he stops in his tracks and tilts his head.]

Arf arf!

Okay, not quite. Nano just has normal eyes, not any sort of crazy robotic radar scanning installed. At least, she's pretty sure she doesn't - the Professor does tend to install weird stuff while she's asleep.

But nothing like that is happening right now, at least. What is happening is that a moemoe robot girl is seeing an adorable lost puppy walking around the streets looking lonely and sad. How could she just ignore that?]

Awwwww... are you lost, Wan-wan-san?

[She kneels down a few feet away from him, tentatively holding out her palm for him to smell.]

[Hey the robo eyes are cool too. 8( He tilts his head at the stranger, but she seems nice! And he isn't all that bothered by her fact of being a robot. He merely gives her a lowering of the head and sad eyes before whining once. Where is he?]

[He sniffs her hand and barks. You're like his other friend? 8D]

*This is weird. This animal does not seem to belong to anyone, as it is not on a leash. He dos not smell like a demon, either. What is it dog doing there?*

[Being lost, confused, and a Persona user back home...like a four-pawed boss. He is still just wandering around, but he can't help but pause and tilt his head. ...Why is there a tall man with green hair staring at him?]

No, it definitely is. It's impossible to mistake this shiba-inu for any other. Minako sidles up beside him on the sidewalk.]

What are you looking so down about, Koro-chan?

[Maybe he won't recognize her, but she doesn't really care. Her favorite puppy is here.]

[His ears immediately perk up at the familiar footsteps, and then the voice. He knows them far too well from following her all those months. Months they'd only just begun remembering before... well we don't talk about endgame.]

Arf! [Well, he certainly does seem a lot happier now! One of the people he knows (and one of his favorites) is here and is okay! C:

...He was worried, okay. He just got here and has no idea what is going on besides what Butterfly Man said. and he wouldn't let him chase the golden butterflies ok no really]

[And if Koromaru looks around intently enough, he might spot (or smell) a familiar figure walking across the street a few feet away, slightly hunched over, hands in his pockets.]

[Implying he could miss that smell. No, seriously. It's one of the most familiar he remembers, and he barks before rushing to catch up. 'Sup hobo bro. You get a small bark in greeting before quietly falling into step alongside you.]

[ A huge figure in armor looks down at the dog. He removes his helm, and holds out a mailed hand as a form of greeting. Cerberus always did love other dogs. ]

[o-o; that is a lot of armor, dude. Why so much of it...?

He tilts his head, a little wary before sniffing the man's hand. Hello!]

Koro-chan? So you've been brought here too, huh? It looks like everyone is showing up.

[Sup Koromaru... ! It's the guy you fought a couple months back. Looking much more normal than before.]

[Wait, that voice...

TURNING AROUND RIGHT NOW- Wait, you're...back to normal? o-o!! Well, Junpei would be happy!]

*bark bark!* [Standing right in front of him, wagging his tail. Well, at least he seems pleased that you're okay. :3]

[Well, Riku was minding his own business, still trying to get a grasp on his surroundings. Maybe squeeze his way into the crowd and see what the fuss by those TVs is all about, but the sound of Koromaru's whining stops him momentarily.

[Welcome to albinism. Koromaru is one of them. His ears perk up at that comment though, silently judging. Hey, living on the streets isn't a bad thing, okay. It's actually kind of fun, especially when you have friends.

Okay no, Demon King or not, Kazuya has a soft spot for adorable looking dogs. So as soon as he sees the fluffy dog, Kazuya made a beeline for him immediately]

Aw, heya boy. Are you lost?

[Kazuya crouches down and holds out his hand to be sniffed. Best let the dog come to you first before petting it!]

[BOTHER ALL THE DEMON KINGS. wait...

Hm? What was this new scent? And why did he get the feeling that this guy was okay despite being powerful? He tilts his head, confused for a brief moment before walking a bit closer and sniffing the new person's hand. After a moment, he lowers his head.

Yep, he's lost.]

[Well, there's someone Akihiko didn't expect to see while he was out running -- not that he's about to complain. Koromaru might have been his favorite dorm-mate, honestly.

He does a double-take as he passes, turning on his heel to backtrack.]

Koromaru! Is that really you, boy?

[Sometimes surprises are the best thing. Especially when it came to seeing old friends, even if it hadn't been that long for the puppy.

He barks once, then rushes over to meet him halfway.]

[... Aw. He can't help but feel sorry for the really lost and sad puppy. Lev stops and looks over at him.]

Hey there...

[He kneels a little, reaching out a hand for him to sniff.]

What's wrong?

[It was just by happenstance that Mitsuru's near by. It looks a lot like him, and there's very few dogs with Koromaru's coloration and eyes.]

...Koromaru? [Of course, there's always the chance that it isn't him. It sure would be weird if he got pulled into here as well.]

Mia approaches, curious at first... but fascinated as she realized that it wasn't a monster.]

Strange, I would expect the head to look different.

[Rather, like another AI she knew - one with a similar dog body, but a TV head.]

[Shiki was wandering around the city, trying to get through the sea of people while attempting to taking much of the sights as she can. This Gran Prix thing was a big deal, huh? She heaved a sigh of relief after her attempt of weaving and dodging bodies walking down the street was successful (looks like growing up in Shibuya has its perks after all |D). Shiki glanced to one side, spotting Koromaru at the corner of her eye, frowning when she heard the canine whine.]

Aww.

[She makes her way over to the dog, kneeling down to his level.]

Hi there! [She hold her hand out for him to sniff. She might smell a little bit like death but she's harmless!] Did you just get here?
