Summary: After the Anoli speech and the governmental censorship of Yosuke's post, Gale decides it's time he goes to see what's out there for himself.

The Anoli speech had intrigued him, and the sudden censorship of a post on the Network had cinched it for Gale. He needed to see for himself what lied beyond this city, and not accompanied by government officials or Anoli members. But how to announce his intentions without attracting attention? Even private networks and filters on the COMP network were most likely monitored by the government. Luckily, his Persona came to his aid in his time of need, in the form of the CommLink skill. He could simply call other Visitors he knew telepathically! Which is what he was doing right now as he chewed on a leftover piece of the demon he had hunted down the night before in prevision for the trip.

"Comrades, hear me out. If you can hear me and would like, like me, to know what lies beyond the city limits, please come to Pisces, eighth floor, room oh-four as soon as possible." He swallowed and closed the fridge door securely before licking his lips. Here went nothing.

[OOC: Don't worry, if Gale doesn't know you, you can still join when the group departs and travel through the city to head to Scorpio!]

Desco might be disappointed. There is not much to snack on in Gale's fridge, unless you liked eating demon body parts. Or human ones. They're all carefully wrapped in clingy plastic film, though.

"If you find something to your taste."

Desco will peer inside avidly, completely dismissing the human body parts (she has seventeen severed heads in her apartment) and looking over the demon parts.

Oh hey that looks like a leg from those giant chicken demons. Please excuse Desco she is just going to grab that, okay?

"Desco found something!"

She runs one claw lightly over the plastic wrap, slicing it in half, and takes as large a bite as her child-sized mouth can manage, her shark-like teeth easily tearing through the tough demonic flesh.

Smiling happily as she chews, she closes the fridge, turns around, and sits down on the floor to continue her impromptu feast.

Well then. That's good. Hopefully he could keep her reined in during the expedition. If she doesn't speak to civilians it might work.

"Desco. This project must be kept a secret. Therefore, I would like you to refrain from speaking of it to people outside our group. Do you understand."

[tyrantball]

She drums her heels idly against the floor as she eats, raising her head at your question.

"Fhure."

Desco don't talk with your mouth full.

She finishes chewing, swallows, wipes her mouth clean with the palm of her free hand, and asks a question.

"What's the project, Mister?"

Gale thinks about it for a moment.

"It's a secret."

This is the wisest course of action.

[tyrantball]

"Okay!"

Desco's next bite shears through the bone as well as the flesh, and the chewing sounds become a lot more staccato. The rhythm of her heels drumming against the floor increases as Desco lets out a little groan of delight.

It's a lot harder to take with bone shards in your mouth, so this time Desco will finish what she's bitten off before continuing her questions.

"Hey Mister? What did Desco do wrong with those people the other day, anyway? Back when Desco was a senator, a speech like that would have gotten her so many votes!"

"What is 'a senator'?"

[tyrantball]

Desco has an expression like she can't believe what just came out of your mouth.

"A cute little girl desperately begs for your advice and that's your response!? You don't even bother answering her earnest plea, you just focus in a word you don't know?"

Desco throws her arms up in the air in exasperation.

"You failure of an adult!"

Adult? Oh. Yes. He was an adult. But nothing in his concept of adulthood included the definition of a senator...

"I believe you scared them."

[tyrantball]

"If they're so terrified of the political process, then Desco definitely needs to advance her timetable and overthrow the government!"

With that, she tears another chunk out of the demon leg, her expression angry as she chews in a much less restrained manner.

The political scene was rougher than Gale had any memory of...

"Before we overthrow anyone, let us make sure we can survive in this world without one."

"...survive?"

What do you mean?

"Who will you rule if all the humans die?"

[tyrantball]

Smiling, Desco opens her mouth - and stops. There's a thoughtful expression on her face as she stops and thinks things over for a while, her free hand idly playing with the small, earring-like eye on her left ear.

"Desco's...not...sure."

"Then let us verify that the humans can live before overthrowing the government."
