Summary: We have a pool now!  Summer fun for everyone!

[It's summer, and what would summer be without a pool?  Well, thankfully for the good citizens and Visitors of Hinoto-Ri, the public pool is finally open for business!  With three different pools, a snack bar, and plenty of space on the grass for playing frisbee or just laying out to get some sun, there's plenty of summertime fun for everyone!  There are also a number of pool toys to use, ranging from basketball hoops and plastic balls, water noodles, boogie boards, and just about anything else you can think of.]

[Nano is hanging out in the shallow end of the pool, clad in a simple white swimsuit as she splashes around, enjoying the nice cool water. Apparently despite her robotic body, she's still able to at least hang out in waist-deep water. Thank goodness that key doesn't rust, either.]

Ah, the water feels so good!

[Nano yells playfully, giggling as she splashes back at Midori.]

[Eventually, Nano tires out, though. Laughing, she waves her hands in front of her.]

I-I give up! I give up!

The pool is open all summer, right? We can come back and play anytime!

[A new place to explore? Of course Tachikoma has come! Look, there's even some friends here! She heads over to the side of the pool and waves to Nano to get her attention.]

Hi Nano! I came to see this place too!

Is that swimming? You know, I never knew how to swim before? Section 9 is mostly urban and land base, so I never had any info about.

But now I know how to swim! And in a body that can float! I can't wait to give it a try!

[As usual, she's excited about new things. But if Nano takes a moment to look, she'll notice that Tachikoma is here in her usual clothes. No sign of a swimsuit. Or a towel. Or anything one would bring to a pool, really.]

W-wait...! You don't even have a swimsuit, Tachikoma-san!

[Tachikoma was about to just jump in when Nano's shout stopped her. She stares at Nano for a moment, a look of confusion on her face.]

...A swimsuit? What's that?

Like what I have on! It's special clothing you have to wear when you're going to go swimming.

Oooooh! Okay.

...But I only have a few outfits and none of them are like that. Are you sure I can't swim with these clothes on?

[all_wound_up]

I'm sure! You have to have a swimsuit! It's in the pool rules.

[She points at a large placard hanging near the changing rooms.]

I guess rules are rules, but then what am I going to do now?

I really wanted to try swimming... Do you think they have swimsuits here I can use?

[all_wound_up]

They might... I suppose you could look. Or just dangle your feet over the side.

Alright, I'll go see if I can find one then! I'll be right back!

[Tachikoma goes running off before anyone can convince her otherwise. Any unattended swimsuits might end up borrowed by her if people happen to leave their bags open, but hopefully that won't be the case...]

O-okay! Good luck!

[A little bit later, Tachikoma comes back, excited and waving to get Nano's attention again.]

Nano! Look! I found a swimsuit! This is one, right?

[She holds up a one-piece suit she found. No one is chasing her, so it doesn't seem she just took it from someone. It might be her size even, but because of the material it's made of, it's hard to really tell.]
