Summary: The demons have been acting a little wilder than usual...and it seems the Jacks themselves are preparing for Halloween?
Warnings: Really, embarrassingly silly demon antics. No combat!

There was a sort of electricity in the air all throughout the city, with the usual buzz of people inhibited slightly by how many damn demons had been out and about. Most of them had been rude and crass, but there was one large clan that hadn't been acting as outright mean and threatening- the Jacks.

In fact, there was a whole assembly of Frosts out and about in Scorpio, going to stalls and shops to procure decorations and masks for the coming of halloween. Demons celebrated it just the same as everyone else, but they seemed especially excited.

In fact, some of them were being a little easily riled, and were dancing around after one of the poor, bewildered artists with an iPod in their hand.

"Hoo, sex-hee lady~~~"

...someone, might want to try to help corral the Frosts before they get in trouble. Or at least get the damn iPod away from them

[Ruri spied the demons, the phone, the lady and closed her eyes taking a breath.]

First day wandering around the city here, and Chrome sees a bunch of dancing demons. Well, she can tell her stay here is going to be interesting.

So, she just watches this for now, her one eye blinking at them curiously. She even faintly sways a bit to the music, since it is pretty catchy, if really odd.

Shura is not intrigued at all by the behaviour of the Frosts, knowing them to be mischievous and fun-loving (just before they freeze your ass). Therefore, she approaches the dancing ones without fear.

"Is that the latest dance hit?"

How much fun! Ahri might be inclined to join them as she begins to follow along.

"They keep dancing to that stupid song. It's embarrassing!"

The nearest observer seemed to be an Irritated Black Frost, who was probably attempting to chaperon the smaller frosts.

"We had Thriller going earlier, sure, but everyone loves Thriller! This is just going to make King Frost annoyed that he can't join in."

Normally, the frosts would be more than glad to have company for their revelry, but this was a literal sexhee lady well, kitsune, same thing to demons really so they seemed a bit surprised by her joining in. Which lead to them stopping their dance, letting the iPod play while they all crowded around Ahri.

"Hee-llo there!"
"You're pretty~"
"Are you a demon or a hoo-man?"

There's a very blue-tinted Frost in a hawaiian shirt that seems to be nodding to your mutterings.

"Right, brah? You should see 'em when they get drunk. Gnarly cleanup, slush everywhere."

Duo stared. He didn't care what planet you were from, this was NOT normal.

And yet he couldn't help but tapping his foot along with the beat.

"Aww thanks~ But please, don't stop, it was beginning to get really fun." she mused with a wink.

"As for my kin, neither human nor demon, but I suppose in some cultures I'd be referred to as a spirit or a demon." she replied swaying her hips and tails to the music that kept playing.

Guybrush the only thing horrifying is whatever pirate getup you happen to be wearing. If he's even wearing one today - if not then he's just badly dressed in general in Santa's eyes. Just like everyone else.

"I wonder what's got those little guys all up in arms."

Did Mr Threepwood even notice Santa coming up behind him?

The Scorpio district was one of Sasha's favorite places in the city already. She found that she'd chosen a good time to come to the district; there were little dancing demons everywhere! With an amused smile, she watched them and began to write the event down in her notebook. It wasn't much, but maybe it'd be good for a laugh or two back home. It certainly was fun to watch! She wasn't really the type to break out into sudden dance, but she was definitely tapping her foot to the beat.

He jumps a bit. Oh, uh, he seems friendly enough. Bodacious, even.

"This a common thing? With the dancing, frolicing, and general mascotishness," he asks the blue guy.

Judging by the fact that he's just moved from the base of the statue to clinging the head of it like a fire was lit in his pants, apparently not. "Geez, warn a guy if you're approaching!" he yelps. "I coulda... coulda done something really drastic!"

Breaking climbing speed records, for instance.

Santa leans back slightly - half in surprise and half in disgust fear. He smirks and tilts his head to the side and mutters a semi sincere "Yeah sorry about that I'm lucky you didn't hurt me."

He pauses for a few seconds and, since Guybrush stays up there he decides he should say something.

"It's safe to come down now, dude."

[They don't look dangerous.

Well, not very dangerous. But Tsuna knows from experience that looks are frequently deceiving....

"I... feel like I've just succumbed to some sort of paralysis attack. But I can't stop watching..."

Beside him, a boy looks on with a mesmerized expression on his face.

"They don't even have knees... How are they kicking like that?"

For all we know this is some kind of weird attack....

[Tsuna is a born pessimist.]

Where did these things come from? Are creatures like this.... normal here?

[Atsuro snaps out of it long enough to cast a surprised glance at Tsuna.]

This is your first time seeing demons? ...Is this your first day here, then?

Well, yeah, if you're surprised by a Jack Frost. These guy are probably the friendliest demons you'll ever run into. They almost like humans, even.

[Atsuro shrugs slightly.]

Don't worry about it. You'll get used to it soon enough. ...You know the general gist of what's going on here, right? The guy with the mask explained it?

I mean, he told me what was going on, but...... I don't think I really understood half of it.

Back where I come from, almost none of the normal demons were friendly. ...But it seems like there are some exceptions here; they actually seem to have distinct personalities besides 'kill all humans'.

[Atsuro shrugs slightly and laughs.]

Yeah... it's pretty confusing at first. Basically, you're here to defend the city against these guys.

[He points at the Jack Frosts.]

Uh. Not them, they're good. Just demons in general.

Th- there were demons in the world you came from? I mean, just wandering around and attacking people?

[cripes and he thought his world was dangerous....]

So.... we're here just to fight?
