After questions were answered, a man finally appears into the room, after having talked with his daughter.

"I apologize for making you all wait."

After introducing himself, Takeharu begins to explain in more detail what they've learned from this world. He goes on about the life in the city, the hurdles they had to overcome...and the strange phenomenon of the 13th hour.

"...and once midnight hits, a 13th hour commences. We had a name for a similar phenomenon in my world; the Dark Hour. However, this one doesn't seem to be caused by rampaging Shadows. We are still investigating as to why it exists...and in due time you might aid us in this task. You will all be able to observe it for yourselves quickly enough, although I would strongly suggest doing so in your own apartments. Not only are you all new visitors, previous Persona users or otherwise, but the moon is full tonight, which means the demonic population will be at a dangerous, aggressive level."

"Now before we continue, we should talk about the--"

"I repeat..."

"Damn! Six out of Twelve," A gruff-looking man stepped into the room. Judging from his outfit, he was important.

"I only know one group who's able to pull this off...the Anoli."

Takeharu looks at Kiyoshi and both men nod silently.

"We were going to talk about this later, but we don't have much time to explain who they are..."

More men appear; members of the city's Special Assault Team. About half of the men have a small flame insignia on their uniform's elbow; this signifies they are Persona users.

While Takeharu explains to the new arrivals, Kiyoshi is busy on some screens, and is talking to others by holographic projection.

"Give me a status report!"

"Sir! I've got two men down here. The doors are holding but we'll need backup as soon as you can give it to me!"

"I've got a group in route, and soon a Persona team as well."

"Reiko and myself are holding, but I believe they've been sending the blunt of their force here and in the Gemini area. No doubt to steal the prototypes we've been working on..."

"We should be able to fight them back for now, but I can't tell how many they are."

"I've got team Beta heading over. I'll send a team of Users as well."

"Sir! Massive attack in the Virgo Sector! They've broken some of the fences holding back the demonic population. There's risk of civilian casualties at this rate..."

"DAMMIT! Send a team of Wands there to patch that up as soon as they are available. I'll send a team with them to protect while they do their work."


"Sir! The Gemini Power Plant is under attack! I think they're attempting a blackout so they can get into the Laboratory."

"This is a nightmare. And where is--"

"--he went off to fight them."

"DAMMIT! We can't let him get harmed. I'm sending a team after him."

"Libra's Coin Office Tower is under attack, Sir! They're trying to get to the upper levels where we have the monetary databanks."

"A heist as well...damn they really went all out for this one...trying to cripple us from all angles."

When he's finally done, he turns over to the entire crowd. His voice is as booming as his body language. Despite the crisis he is calm and collected, easy to see why he is the Commissioner General.

"Alright listen up, since I can't repeat myself twice! We have a major crisis our hands. Anoli have broken into six sectors and my men can't fight all of them at once. None of you know me and I only know your names. Most of you haven't used a Persona yet, but I bet you've all got a few tricks up your sleeves. Magic, Weapons, Technology, whatever it is, bring it with you and we'll form you into teams. We were going to do this much more quietly later, but it looks like the Anoli have a different idea."

"Priority number one is to protect all civilians and to keep deaths as low as possible, even against the Anoli. Disarm, disable, diswhatever, as long as it's not kill and destroy. I'd rather let them in jail and face justice than to spill even more blood from this conflict." He turns around and starts to leave,

"If any of you lack weapons, talk to Q. I'm sure he'll be happy to provide you with some."

Policemen swarm around him and they start to go off in work and prepare, leaving you a bit of time before you are all called out in groups.

As you go over to him, the elder gentleman adjusts his tie, grinning.

"Well? Tell me a little about yourself."

He did so enjoy picking out things based on who that person was...

Oh gosh he's a little nervous!

"I...never really used actual weapons. I just used a program on my phone to fight." So, no swords or guns or anything like that.

"Oh a new learner then, perhaps you'll actually be able to bring back some of these in one piece unlike a certain other man I know..." he took Kaito by the elbow and lead him to an area of the town hall that housed an impressive amount of weapons. Stroking his chin, he pulled or something from a box and gave it to him; a belt.

"This might look like a normal belt but it conceals a piton hidden behind the buckle. You just need to press here," he indicated the third metal pin on top. "It can fire out up to 75 feet of high tensile wire designed to support the weight of an average person. However, if you press THIS button," here, he indicated the second one, "it will fire a taser-like shot at your front target. Unless they are immune to lighting attacks, they'll go down quite fast, I assure you..."

He didn't speak of the remaining button and went on, holding a pack of gum.

"Now these...make sure you don't accidentally chew on them, that would be quite unfortunate." He took out one and pretended to fold it, without doing so. "You just need to press those two parts together like so, and it will take five seconds for the gum to ignite and blow up."

He looked at him, patting his elbow.

"Now, did you get all of that, sonny?"

Goodness gracious. Never a dull moment around this place.

[Lizzie draws her coat closer to her body, looking bewildered by the flurry of activity but determined to be of help. If she's going to stay here for a while she might as well help. It is a knight's duty.]

Well, sir, if you give me a rapier or something of the like, I'll be ready to go, wet underdress or not!

[He gives her a small, mischievous grin. Did you seriously expect him to give you a typical rapier, my dear? Oh no no, he's got far better than that!]

[Bringing her over to the storage room, he looks around before bringing out a long box.]

I've always enjoyed a little sword fighting myself, especially in times when guns were more commonplace. This is a rapier I fashioned out of tempered high carbon spring steel. 1 meter blade, and a handle length of 2.5 centimeters. It's weight is less than 1.5 pounds. I'm certain you will find it is a quite elegant design.

[He gives a small jab to demonstrate.]

Now, here's where it gets interesting, my dear. The weapon is coated with a liquid that is attuned to high-frequencies, which cause the temperature of the blade to rise during its usage, increasing its cutting ability.

[He puts the weapon down and waits for her to pick it up.]

"I don't know how much help I can be. I've never fought before."

"With the right tools, dear boy, any man can climb a mountain."

He gently lead him into the storage room and began to look around.

"Perhaps telling me what skills you have would aid me in narrowing down my selection..."

He was already grabbing what looked like a pen, and a few small metallic balls...

"Pardon me." Kanaya stepped up to the elderly human, a little unsure if she was eligible. "I... have a question. There is one weapon in my possession, but it is very minimal. A chainsaw. Will this be suitable?"

A less finer man would have blinked at Kanaya's appearance, but Q was not only British, but he also worked in MI6. Clearly, this wasn't something that would surprise him, ergo he chatted with her nonchalantly.

"My dear, while I do find such a weapon rather...unique, it is perhaps a little too violent considering Mr.Suou's requirement to keep most of our enemies alive. Although if one were to ask me, I believe that protecting your own life is important. If you would like additional weapons, I may have a few things for you."

Well, this guy wasn't Leeron, but he seemed to know what he was doing. Simon scratches his head once approaching Q, and shrugs. "I'm good at digging holes," he says, holding up his hand-crank drill. "Though I don't think this would do much good in a man-to-man fight, save for knocking someone upside the head."

Oh. Minato isn't good at telling people about himself. So instead he just talks about weaponry. He'd feel more comfortable going in with something in addition to his one lingering persona.

"... I've mostly used Personas in the past, but... I've used several other weapons to compliment them... swords, fist weapons, bus stop signs, axes, spears and bows..."

[Small child approaching! If he's going to be taking part either way, it's best he get himself armed, right?]

Well, I've never fought before [well there's a lie already.], so I guess I'd like something that's easy to use?

Well, he doesn't need a weapon; he has one... he just hasn't been carrying it on his person since they gave Adachi the proverbial bitch slap.

"I've used Personas before," Yu answered the old man. "I use a sword to fight."

Although they had said belongings should be in their apartments... it sounded like wherever those were, they were probably under attack right now. Which means Minako needs a new arsenal.

"My name is Minako Arisato, I was a rising senior, and my three sizes are a secret!"

What, he had said to tell about herself.

"I specialize in Personas and naginatas. I could make do with a spear though. ...And I'd really like an Evoker, if it's possible."

Do you really want to give him more weapons? >.>

While Kohta had arrive with his weapon bag, a chance to get a nice shiny new one was never, ever out of the question!

He shuffled over to where they had pointed out you could get them and awkwardly waited for the man to be free of those who had arrived first.

Once there, he gave an awkward smile but it was clear that he was pretty eager.

"Uh, well I am really good with rifles. Snipers or assault types preferred. But I'm also really good with most military weapons actually... So anything you could think of!"

Oh please give him something good! The new weight of a brand new weapon in his hands was going to be excellent!

To be quite honest, she's not exactly pleased with this development, but despite her wanting to be around her father, Mitsuru knew her expertise would be needed.

"I'd like to request temporary use of any rapiers or short swords, and if possible, an Evoker."

Telling him about herself? NAW. She's going straight to business.

"Wh-- M-Me?"

Oh right he was...talking... to the guy... And the...the fighting thing was going on...

"I-- Well, I uh, don't really know hot to fight with a weapon. I mostly had my demons do all of the work before." Nervous gulping! "Do we really have to do this though? I don't think I'm really cut out for this sort of thing! I'm used to mostly fighting demons, not other people!"

I've uhm, never used any weapons before.

[She fiddles with her hands a little, expression worried.]

And I don't believe my Persona is very useful for fighting either...

Just because he has spells doesn't mean he'll turn down a weapon, of course.

"I've used a variety of weapons before, though either throwing knives or a gun would be ideal for me. Something that works at a distance."

Shinjiro doesn't even know what to think of this place anymore.

What the hell were Mitsuru and Takeba's fathers doing here? This place reeked of something he couldn't put a name to, and he sure as hell didn't like it. He still wasn't sure he liked the idea about potentially fighting for these people (fighting with his Persona alone left an ash-like taste in his mouth), but if Hinoto-ri was as demon infested as he had been told, with the Dark Hour existing besides, it would be asinine not to be prepared.

"I use axes."

He pauses then, as if weighing the benefits of saying silent, before speaking again, grimacing in obvious distate. "And an Evoker, if you even know what the hell that is."

Of course he does. He has to, doesn't he?

Have a slightly awkward attendant approaching, Q! She's got her compendium, but the cards in it aren't... exactly... the best for taking people alive with.

"My name is Margaret, and I am" - was - "an attendant of the Velvet Room."

She gestures with her Compendium.

"While I am used to being able to use the cards inside this, they are perhaps a touch too lethal. Do you have anything I could use instead?"

Yes, Q. Margaret just said her cards were lethal.

Do you have a problem.

That was a pretty open question, wasn't it? Jun had quite a lot she could say but she decided to start from the beginning; that was easier, after all.

"I'm a ninja, a bodyguard for a modern day princess who is sick. I used to wield a single sword - not a deadly one - but when Yuho went to hospital I ended up using two swords at once..."

That pretty much covers most of it, as far as she's concerned.

"Got anything fun?"

A tremendous warrior walks up to Q and says,

"I'm afraid I can't speak much about myself. What I can tell you is that I am biologically enhanced and gene-forged for war. I have multiple weapons designed for mass battle, but I am... utterly lacking in anything that can subdue instead of slay. Given that I shall be engaging humans that you all have seen fit not to kill, I am in need of a weapon, or weapons that will incapacitate foes without endangering their lives overmuch."

He shifts his weight, the servos in his armor whirring as he does so.

Well, if Maya was going to lend a hand here, she was going to need something. Thankfully, she had a little bit of Persona experience under her belt, too, which she hoped meant she would have a leg up on some of the baddies out in the field.

"Most of my experience has been with handguns. I'm a reporter, so it's pretty easy to carry them around without drawing undue attention."

... okay, so that kind of made it sound like she went around shooting people just because.

"That is, when extra protection is called for! I've used a Persona before, too."

"Ryu 1/8192. Ranger, 3rd class." As if that would mean anything here, but he's comfortable relying on his rank when asked for that kind of information. More importantly - "Know how to use a few types of swords. I have training already."

...but he's not used to working alone, in such open spaces, and without his usual traps, tricks, extensive knowledge on the local nasties and all those awesome explosives to rely on.

"..But it was in a much different environment than this."
