What: Aftermath of Anoli Attack: Hospital
Where: Leo Ward - Caduceus Hospital Headquarters
Summary: It is the aftermath of the Anoli attack on the Closing Ceremonies. The injured have been taken to Caduceus Hospital Headquarters, and it is time for reflection, visting, or old-fashioned escapes from the hospital rooms.
Warnings: Mild squick if people want to describe their wounds in explicit detail.

Caduceus Hospital Headquarters. It has a distinguished history within Hinoto-Ri, boasting of a staff of well-trained Healers, as well as possessing the most cutting edge medical technology possible. There was no limb they couldn't reattach, no organ they couldn't replace... - they even claimed to be able to bring someone back from the dead (with the small disclaimer that it could only occur under certain conditions and with an obscene amount of luck).

So needless to say, the hospital was more than well-equipped to deal with the aftermath of the Anoli attack on the Closing Ceremonies.

Nearly every hospital bed had been filled by an injured patient that night. The A&E room had been in constant chaos, with civilians crying and shouting, searching for loved ones, or demanding to see doctors or healers to help so-and-so...

There had also been plenty of reporters milling about, shouting and crying over the status of the Mayor's Secretary, and whether the Red Lion had really died at the scene, or if he was still alive and well within the safety of the hospital's ICU.

By the time morning broke, there was a false sense of tranquillity within the hospital. The healers had been pushed to their limits with the sheer number of patients being wheeled in and out of surgery, but otherwise, the situation had finally gotten under control. Now, both civilians and visitors were merely waiting for word of the conditions of their injured friends and family...

[Welcome to the winding down of the event! You are now at the hospital, where you may be visiting the injured, or be one of the injured yourself! Those with RED injuries will be in the ICU, and those with YELLOW injures will be in normal wards, for obvious reasons. Those with GREEN injuries wouldn't have had to go to the hospital at all, so they are free to come and go as they wish!

In the late morning, after the first batch of fangirls are ushered away, Minako makes her way around the room dividing curtain to Yosuke's half. At first it's almost impossible to tell if Yosuke is even still in his bed with all the flowers surrounding him. The sea of petals probably makes it hard for him to see if anyone is sneaking up on him, too.

"Hi, Yosuke-kun! How are you feeling?" Besides sore from having all those wood shards removed.

If, like Minato, Yosuke was awake enough to unintentionally eavesdrop on last night's sappy conversation, this meeting could be a bit awkward. Otherwise, though, Minako is just here to introduce herself to her brother's roommate.

Yosuke stirs a bit and looks up at Minako. He can't really move his body right now, otherwise he'd sit up, wave, anything to try and greet her. All he can really manage, though, is a small smile.

"Oh, hey, Minako-chan was it?"

He didn't really hear her conversation last night. He remembers her being there, and talking about things, but it all sounded private so he'd tuned it out and fell asleep only a quarter of the way through her conversation.

Poor guy... Minato has it rough enough but he seems to be even worse, especially with the unwanted attention.

"Mm-hm... I wanted to say hello, since my brother's sharing your room. Let me know if he bothers you too much and I'll take care of him."

This is said with a wink and is obviously a joke for anyone who's spoken with Minato for more than a minute or two.

"Oh no, he's definitely fine. I met him some time ago when he got sick and I faced off with him in the tournament... seems like he can't catch a break, huh? He's a really powerful fighter though." Yosuke didn't stand a chance during that fight.

"If anything I'm probably the one bothering him. It's my fault those crazy people are outside the door bothering us all day."

"You weren't too bad yourself, though." Even if Yosuke had lost, he'd still clearly known his way around a Persona.

"As for the girls, I'm not sure it's anyone's fault but theirs... Unless you're secretly the one who wrote the story?"

"Hah, thanks, I'd like to think a year of training with Personas made me somewhat decent at it." He gives a small grin.

"Hey, hey, give me some benefit of the doubt, I could write way better than that crappy book!" What Yosuke won't admit though is that this is.......... kind of the result of a rumor he started.

"Practice helps, even if we got our power reduced when we came here..."

She sighs. Someone obviously still isn't okay with the nerf she'd received. "But, does that mean you are a writer?"

"Yeah... Susano-o's abilities aren't as strong as they were back home, but I'll try to fix that with more training."

Yosuke just snorts a little at the suggestion. "No... Whoever wrote those dumb books isn't a writer either, though. But there's no way I'd willingly inflict a mob of angry fangirls on myself anyway!"

"You're sure? A lot of guys would like the attention...."

She's still teasing him. These girls honestly don't seem like the type most guys think of when they want to be surrounded by ladies.

"It's not as great as people think it is." He's been the center of both 'positive' and negative attention now, and he doesn't particularly like either version of it...

"I'm just sorry it's causing Minato problems... I'm probably an awful roommate."

She laughs. "That's what I figured. But it's exiting, at least! And Minato will manage, don't worry about it." He's probably had to deal with unwanted female attention before now anyway.

"Yeah, I can safely say this place is anything but dull... It's not every day you get caught in the crossfire of a terrorist attack and end up in a hospital room with a hoard of fangirls screaming outside of it... Man, my life is starting to turn into some awful TV show. And here I thought having a Persona back in my world was exciting enough."

He gives a small laugh before glancing around at Minato in the other bed. "... What was it like for you two back in your world? Or our world..... I still don't know if we come from the same one or not."

"If there are differences, they're pretty small compared to most worlds. I actually visited Inaba once and stayed at Yukiko-chan's inn. Of course that was when she was in middle school..."

She smiles slightly, following his gaze to Minato. It's not exactly possible for Yosuke to be from the same timeline as both twins, but Minako isn't going to just bring that up. She won't lie, but as far as anyone else needs to assume, she and Minato are normal siblings.

"Anyway, for us it was similar to how things are here, actually. Our Dark Hour was a lot like the 13th Hour, but only Persona-users could enter it normally and remember it. Everyone else was transmogrified into coffins... And our school building turned into a tower called Tartarus. It was like a Shadow nest. We had to climb it, and sometimes rescue normal people who got called into the Dark Hour by the Shadows and got lost there."
