Redi Domum

Who: The missing visitors and you. Open to everyone.
Where: MAGI Labs
Summary: After being violently removed from the Tower of Animus, everyone is returned 'home'.
Warnings: None

There was a tight clench behind your navel, the sensation of something dragging you through the fabric of time and space itself... it was an unpleasant sensation, almost sickening. Those of Hinoto-Ri had vanished from the tower completely when the clock struck midnight from what had just happened, removed from that reality. It had happened with such abruptness that it was downright disorienting to observe. There was no chance for a hurried goodbye, no chance of even letting out a surprised scream...

Those of Hinoto-Ri were dragged back to their own world with very little grace, and for a dizzying and wild thirty seconds, they suffered from the sensation of thick tentacles grasping and yanking their bodies this way and that through a swirling blur of matter. Where were they going? What had caused this?

After those sickening moments that seemed to last far longer, they were unceremoniously shoved out of the Shining Trapezohedron in a stream of bright lights, and into what looked like a giant room filled with computer screens. At least it didn't appear to be the Mictlan, like when the other group had returned.

Pray that you weren't on the bottom of the pile...

Now there was a quiet hum, as an alarm went off. Lights shone brightly upon you as scientists outside were running scans to determine you weren't harmful from your trip. That left you time to think.

You had finally met him...

Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos. He'd taunted some of you, shown you another world you had been sent to save...but in the end, nothing much had changed. Perhaps there was small solace that it was still standing and not completely obliterated as had been his plan. The questioned remained, however...

Where was He now? ...you could figure that out later. There were reunions to be had first.

[OOC - Anyone can start threads.]

The curiosity itches at Naoya, and he approaches, hands tucked into his pockets.

"Welcome back, I suppose."

It was kind of obvious he was one of the ones that disappeared, so it's a decent enough opening line.

Naoya's approach is greeted with an expression of neutrality, the boy still occupied with staring curiously at him. Then he nods.

"Indeed. It's a pleasure to return and be gone from that place."

Pharos said, removing his hand from his arm.

"Heh. Was it that bad?"

He's curious, and he knows he's not going to get a ton of good information from Kazuya.

"'Bad?' Unsettling, perhaps... It was a place that felt wrong."

Nobody was dying there. :| And regarding that, he could only feel disapproval for someone defying the natural process of life so blatantly on a large scale.

"A Tower with a hundred floors in a dead world. Each floor differed from the one before it, and each one was filled with odd things. The residents hailed from many universes and were kept there unwillingly by a group called the administration."

"A dead world... hm. What was this administration like?"

He's pretty sure you're not anything remotely resembling an actual little boy, so he won't talk to you like one.

"I did not speak to them in person. Three of them were named Dax, Riki, and Jason. One was a child in body, Zo and another in mind, Ruana who seemed mad. The others feared her."

He tapped his chin, thinking back idly. They were individuals so he could not sum them up with one word. "They were divided, I suppose."

"Many groups of people often have some kind of divide."

He thought, looking up a bit. "Did they seem to have any particular aim?"

[personal profile] the_usual_stuff 2013-03-07 04:12 am (UTC)(link)
"... I recall they said they were attempting to save worlds from destruction by a powerful force."

He stated. If they ever mentioned what they were saving it from in particular, Pharos hadn't been paying attention.

"And I assume they were nonspecific."

Wonderful. How aggravating...

[personal profile] the_usual_stuff 2013-03-07 06:07 am (UTC)(link)
"That is so."

Actually it was a virus of some kind, but he doesn't know that. So. Oops.
