When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

[Yukiko is the first to the scene due to a strange pulling in the direction of where it would appear...]

She didn't know how to describe it. She was going back to her apartment from work when something felt different. Something was pulling her away from the warm comfy bed inside her place but somewhere further away. Yukiko just knew that she had to go, 13th Hour or not.

She picked her legs and ran as fast as she could, wondering what could be the matter. The pull led her to Scorpio and she stopped in midrun, seeing a familiar building in front of her. Of course she should know this place, it's been her home ever since she was born. But why and how did it get here? Whipping out her COMP glasses, she calls the rest of the IT.

"Everyone, I think something is going on here."

For those just wandering around, feel free to notice the woman just staring at the place.

What she might get right now is probably not the best of reactions as Kanji gets up from the COMP flashing an emergency message at him. He'd been trying to sleep that night for once, so his voice as a few yawns at first while his brain tries to process everything.

"Yukiko-senpai! Is somethin' wrong?"

Her COMP glasses are staring right at the structure but move closer as she walks up to the main entrance. She answers quickly when Kanji calls.

"The inn...it's...here..."

All she can wonder is how did it get from Inaba to this place: someone would HAVE to notice a huge building go missing.

And he can see it thanks to the video link.

"The hell..." He's already getting up and putting on his clothing (which you can thankfully not see, phew). "The entire inn?!"

The video shows more of the interior: the main lobby, several hallways, even the entrance to the hot spring. However, it seemed pretty dark in there. Except there is an Amaterasu lighting the way just by being there.

"It looks like it. But...why would it come here?"

Holy shit...and he nearly trips over his door from watching the video at the same time.

"Beats me...uh how do I track you with this thing again?"

Ouch.

Er, maybe there should be another way from him to come to her.

"I'm at the Scorpio Ward. I'll meet you out front."

For her part, Rise had gotten herself out of her apartment and looking around as soon as she'd noticed how...extensively stuff was changing out her window. Getting nagged by Kanzeon about the new monsters got her up and moving fairly well, too.

That said, when Yukiko called, she was there fairly shortly.

"Is that your Inn?" she asked, shocked. "How did that get here?"

Yukiko turned to face the other girl, turning off the COMP glasses.

"I don't know. I just felt something pulling at me and it led me here." she replied and looked at the grand building. Strange, there was no lights on.

"Well, I guess there was a spaceship earlier, but that can move around on its own anyway...," she said, just staring.

"Er...should we go check it out? It doesn't really look like anyone came with it."

Yukiko just nodded. "Someone would've come out if they were pulled here too." she replied as she just started moving forward and pushed the doors open. Strange...it's unlocked...
