When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

[ He looks all over the castle, clearly taking it in, almost recording it within his helmet. ]

A place you know, perhaps?

[She nods, to both questions.] ...I created it. Years ago.

I see. You look a bit... young to be a fortress-builder. But I suppose appearances are deceiving.

[ He's 200 years old himself, after all, and looks a vital (if tough) 30. ]

[She spares a wry smile.] I'm young for many things. It's never stopped anyone, before.

[Definitely not as bad as her new friend, but she's apparently almost 26 when she looks 18.]

Do you intend to enter it?

[ He takes a step towards the gate. Obviously he does, one way or another. ]

[destinedwaters]

Maybe. [...Part of her wants to stop him, because he is a friend.] Though, I'm worried about what it could do to you.

[greyerrant]

[ That gives him a moment's pause. ]

What do you think it could do?

[destinedwaters]

...You may relive old memories, get lost in them, or worse.

There is a reason why I named it Castle Oblivion.

There are so many memories that are dangerous to me. [ He looks at Aqua. ]

But I am unable to know fear. It has been removed from me. And perhaps I must face them again. Loss and betrayal.

I wonder.... is there something that caused you to be lost in there?

[destinedwaters]

[...She nods faintly, glad that he is strong enough to face his memories; even if only at first.]

... I wish I had been lost in her- [She sighs, dismissing the thought.] -but no, it wasn't me who was lost to Oblivion.

Let us go in, then. [ He pauses for a moment though. ]

Who was lost, a friend?

[destinedwaters]

[...She says nothing for a moment, moving to open the doors. When she finally speaks though, there's barely any emotion behind it; like she can't afford it.]

...Our teacher, and my father. [She slips in with little other word.]

Then that would make two of us, who have lost a father. [ He says, grave and solemn, nodding his head slightly in acknowledgement of her loss. He wonders if her father betrayed him as his did. ]

[destinedwaters]

[... She can't say anything to that statement other than a whispered utterance of condolences. Really, what else was there to say? Especially in a place such as this.

When the doors open, they are greeted with a silent, almost barren entryway. Somewhere beyond the illusion of a continuing path to the golden doors on the above landing, she can see another set of doors along with the crystal orb that acts as a teleporter. If one read into it farther, it almost seems as though it were a...

A memorial.]

This is the last warning I can give you... In these halls, your memory may try and trick you, and I can sense monsters here that I've been fighting for years in these halls.

[Something she is... upset about, to be sure.]

Are you sure you want to proceed?

[greyerrant]

I am certain.

[ He gives her a very gentle look, though it is lost through the interfering medium of his helm. }

You seem less so. Are you bearing a scar on your mind from this place? They are not unfamiliar to me.
