When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

I work in the tech center of the university. I help do repairs and software overhauls.

Where are you at, Nano?

Oh, I meant where you were working.

[A brief pause as Atsuro glances over Nano's shoulder.]

...Let me guess. Cosplay cafe?

[Nano smiles, looking momentarily embarrassed.]

Yes, that's right.

[otakuro]

You should probably take that off when you're not at work.

[Atsuro shrugs.]

I mean, I'm not trying to be the fashion police, but it's gotta get in the way when you're running, right?

Ah... y-you're right.

[Except that she can't. ;u;]

It does get in the way a lot.

Aha, well, it looks like you've been doing alright, anyway. ...And I guess I don't have much room to criticize when I lug my laptop around everywhere I go.

Yes, I've been getting along fine.

[Nano nods, looking momentarily thoughtful.]

The laptop is important to you, right? Is it the one you had at home?

Huh? Yeah, it was on me when I was brought here.

[Of course, the only reason it had been on him was because of a demon apocalypse.]

I guess you could say it's important. I'd rather not part with it if I can help it.

[Nano nods, smiling a little as she glances behind herself.]

It's a little embarrassing, but this key is kind of like that for me. It was given to me by someone very important to me.

[Atsuro pauses for a moment.]

No, it's all right! I mean, I do complain about it a lot...

[She lets out a deep breath.]

Hah... yeah. These kinds of things are, right?

But, uh... you know, it's really well made.

[Atsuro offers as some sort of restitution.]

I have to say, it almost looks like it goes straight into your back instead of being attached to your clothes or something.

W-well... my friend really loves cosplay too.

You two could start some sort of company for this. I'd bet you'd get a lot of customers.

Right... maybe we should.

Or you could participate in some kind of competition, maybe.

[He shrugs briefly.]

Anyway... we should probably focus. Sorry about that again, Nano.

...Were you going to keep training tonight?

I was thinking of doing a little more before I go home.

I'm mostly going around taking a look at the new buildings... And the new monsters, too. You run into any of those yet?

A few, last night. Karisawa-san helped me fight them.

It looks like they've tagged along with the buildings from our worlds...

I mean, the demons from my world are mostly the same, anyway, so it doesn't matter so much for me.

I wonder why all of this is happening all of a sudden, though.

...Maybe they think we're getting too complacent, sitting around and just fighting off demons every now and then.
