When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

[It's strange enough that Nanako is waking up Yu in the middle of the night - during the 13th hour, even It's even stranger that she then starts to drag him towards the apartment door, insisting that there's something "we have to see, Big Bro."

She's small enough that he could physically stop her if he wanted to... but she'd just keep trying to get out - maybe even without her. So, what's he going to decide?]

[...he'll let her drag him out, of course. He can recognize when something weird is going on, and he's going to have words with a certain butterfly mask with having whatever it was affect his cousin.]

[Izanagi's a constant presence as soon as they leave the apartment building, hovering protectively behind the two of them.]

Nanako, do you know what it is...?

[Please make whatever is forcing her out at this time of night let her know what for...]

I don't know. It's just a weird feeling. But we have to go see.

[come on, no slowing down now!]

[Figures. He let out a faint sound as she started off, keeping up after her.]

All right. Just stay close to me and Izanagi.

[Because heaven help the shadow that tries to take a pot shot at his sister.]

Okay. I promise.

[She doesn't seem as concerned about being out in this time of night as she should be, although she is looking around a bit curiously at the surroundings. This is actually her first time being up late enough to see the 13th Hour...]

[There was a very good reason for that, Nanako. Thankfully, it didn't seem like any shadows were too anxious to attack them, especially with Izanagi around to glare at any dark spot that so much as twitched.]

[Now if only Nanako knew what they were looking for...]

Come on, big bro! This way!

[She may not know what it is, but she seems to know the route well enough. She takes turns pretty definitely.

Fortunately though, they aren't too far from the location, since it's in the same ward. It should come into view just around the corner.]

I'm coming, I'm coming!

[He rounded the corner with her and...]

[...]

[...]

[...]

[...hold on, he needs to rub his eyes. Because what.]

Is that... the house?

[The pull is gone as soon as they spot the building, so Nanako is just as incredulous as her brother.]

It's the house!

[and then.....]

Do you think Dad's inside?

[Yu shook himself out of his shock.]

I don't know... maybe?

[He started for the door first, almost afraid to open it. There was a sinking feeling in his stomach... that Dojima was not going to be there...]

[Nanako follows closely behind him, trying to peer inside while still remaining behind his legs. She wants to believe her Dad is there, but there could be anything, really. Even if it looks like their house.]

[Yu peered inside first, before entering the building slowly. It was disturbingly quiet, but otherwise devoid of other people.]

We're home!

[Nanako calls ahead as they enter. She looks for the light switch, but flipping it does nothing.] The lights don't turn on...

I guess it's not connected to the city's power grid...

[Yu paused, carefully feeling around for the drawer stand that had a torchlight in it.]

[Hopefully that will work instead. If not... Nanako's Persona has a light attack? ~~Though that might be more likely to break a window or scorch a wall...~~

Nanako stands in the middle of the kitchen, looking around. Nothing seems different, except the lack of Dojima.] Dad! Are you here?

[...he's going to need to give Nanako some serious Persona training. Sooner rather than later.]

[A triumphant noise escaped from Yu as he found the torch and turned it on; the light was weak, but working for now. He swept the light over the living room, finding a half empty can of beer resting lonely on the table in front of the television... and little else.]

Uncle!

[He called for Dojima, moving from the living room to the side hall that led to the bedrooms, but he wasn't betting on finding him there.]

[This would be a very good thing for him to do, yes.

The beer can seemed to indicate that Dojima was here, but the rest of the house says the opposite. The power is completely dead, and Nanako follows Yu as they peek into each of the bedrooms.]

He's not here...

[...dammit. Was it because Dojima had trouble accepting the fact that they had Personae, even after Nanako had been kidnapped and Adachi was outed as the murderer? Was that why Philemon hadn't brought him here yet?]

[He looked down to Nanako, doing his best to give her encouragement as he reached down to wrap an arm around her shoulders.]

[Nanako seems to sense Yu is troubled, so she smiles up at him when he touches her shoulder.]

It's okay... He has to catch bad guys at home. But it'd be weird if he got home and the house was gone. Do you think it really is?

[Yu let out a faint noise, trying to shake the mental image of a pissed off Dojima flailing at the empty lot where his house was.]

I don't think so... this might just be a duplicate of how it was before it appeared here.

[...he hoped.]

I hope so. Dad says his back hurts when he sleeps at the police station.
