When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

This must have been that person, then. The post's ID had said his name was 'Sora', but he was probably using his PC's name like she was. But something else about him was familiar to her.

"Someone called 'Tri-Edge' made a scar on the front of this pedestal, and there are similar ones in different areas across The World. But it's not here.

You're Sora, aren't you?"

Sora smiled, then hopped to his feet to take a bounce and then forward flip onto the railing between the altar and the rest of the sanctuary, striking a pose.

"Ta-dah~ That's me!"

He dropped his arms to fold his hands behind his back, walking along the top of the rail. Normally he'd never be able to do these stunts, but his body knew the moves better than he did, so it was just a matter of muscle memory. He glanced at the altar, the words as visible as ever.

"Did they now? Had to be some hacker to mark this place."

"To be honest, he's still a mystery to me. Haseo's been after him for a long time, since he's also a famous PK...

but really it's because of Shino," she continued, a slight venom creeping into her voice.

Uh-oh, this Haseo guy's got himself some drama with his friends. What kind of jealousy, though? Atoli strikes Sora as a teenager, so probably romantic. Sora picks up the hint, still walking from metal point to point.

"And Haseo is a PKK. Did Tri-Edge take out his girlfriend? That's the sort of complaint I get allll the time~"

Okay he can't resist poking the hornet nest a little. Besides, Sora doesn't think that a regular player like Atoli could tell him much about the "hacker". Not even Helba could mar this place, so what the hell was that Tri-guy? He could only pick her brain and theorize.

"She could have been. All I know is that she looks just like me. It's the only real reason he hangs around me.

...is what I would say, but I think he's changed."

She'll spare the details for now.

"Just from a similar PC? Wow what a dummy! That sort of thing happens alllll the time."

Even with a version upgrade, even if the PCs were fully customizable, there were bound to be some PCs that looked similar, or were even identical. Even with those who didn't choose the same model to base their PC on, like popular video game characters.

"If he only liked you because of your PC, he wouldn't be your friend. A coincidence is not enough to hang out with someone."

Reaching the end of the rail, Sora flipped off it again, landing with a muffled thump on the polished stone floor.

Like the endless Kite clones. Fortunately those are all ahead of her time.

"You... really think so...?"

Sora walks back over to his pew as he listens, flopping down on it again. He rummages in his bag and pulls out a couple Yellow Candies, fiddling with the end of one cellophane wrapper.

"Obviously! I mean, if you met someone who looked like your best friend, you wouldn't hang out with them only because of that, right? You shouldn't be so shallow~"

That last part wasn't said with any malice, and Sora meant none: maybe teasing her will make Atoli lighten up.

Well, it's worked before... sort of. That was... what she liked about Haseo, really; he was kind of mean sometimes but he meant well.

"I'll be sure to have more faith in him, then!" she said, resolving to apologize once the opportunity arose.

Sora smiled at her, happy to make a resolution. He didn't really care about her interpersonal drama, but pointless fretting got boring fast (unless he was the one who caused it). Besides, never hurt to get on the good side of a Wavemaster.

"It's that easy~ Here, think fast."

Sora tossed a Yellow Candy at her, throwing underhand so it arched high in the air, making it easier for her to catch.

"O-" she begins, reaching out for the relic of times past. "Thank you!"

She begins to open it, not feeling the wrapper through her gloves.

"I got a lot of those when I came. Yellow Candies are a treasure from my version of The World."

Also they were delicious. Sora popped one into his mouth, thinking that he had to find out what the flavor was. It sort of tasted like a cross between butterscotch and those brown milk candies with the creamy center. Sora pushed it behind a molar to speak.

"Kinda like this place, huh? I wonder why the game stuff is being brought most."

"It is really strange. I've been meaning to go to the Velvet Room to find out, but I haven't managed to find it..."

She's been looking for months now.

As for Sora, he followed Mia's suggestion and had already found the key, and the door shortly after. Couldn't she find something so obvious? How hard was it to find a glowing blue door? Maybe for someone who traversed the streets more often than the rooftops.

"Should be open. Got a new Persona just now!"

"I... I see. I'll just have to look harder then."

Hadn't someone said it turned up near a hospital somewhere?

Impulsively, Sora stood up and too a running jump at the altar, flipping in the air before landing atop of it.

"Before you go, wanna see mine?~"

"Sure, if you'd like."

It would be interesting, wouldn't it?
