When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

But running around like a chicken with its head cut off is what Sasha does best! Nonetheless, she's very good at following the directions of sounds. When she heard the rock drop, she screeched to a halt and turned in its direction. Cautiously, she began to step towards the sound. "Am I going the right way?" she called out tentatively, unsure if the person responsible for the voice could hear her.

[Yeah, you're getting warmer. Keep going.] He drops another rock, and winces as he hears something else. [Better hurry. I think I hear some OTHER guest nearby.]

"Another guest...?" Sasha said, confused. Nonetheless, she continued in the direction of the rock dropping, this time a bit faster. Clearly, time was of the essence.

[A-yup. Looks like the one you singed. And oh joy, it brought a friend.] As a safeguard, he motions to Anubis, and the Persona chants something. Sasha might feel a little more resistant now.

Sasha felt the surge of defensive power and made a mental note to thank whoever was on the other side of the telepathic link (she was starting to get an idea now, but she wanted to wait till she saw him for herself to be sure). This time, Sasha was ready with her Persona, which would be more effective against the strange beasts. The driver and his chariot appeared and launched two Maragi fireballs at the creatures, one after the other. They appeared to have taken quite some damage just from those blasts alone. "What do you think I should do?" Sasha called out. "Should I target one at once, or both?" She was leaning towards one, since she had the more powerful Agilao to use and Nick's Rakukaja probably bought her a few accidents should anything happen.

[One of them looks pretty weakened! Try hitting them both. If one goes down, then you've already got a head start on the other one!] At least, he thinks that's a good suggestion. He's not exactly a battle strategist.

And that strategy was just fine for Sasha! Summoning Phaeton again, she launched yet another Maragi blast at the two beasts, successfully downing one and leaving the other on the ropes. Seeing that its comrade had fallen, the remaining monster fled. Sasha gave a sigh of relief and looked around once more. "Now that that's done with... where are you?"

[Hmm... I guess it's safe enough right now.]

He stands up, waving slightly. His Persona, Anubis, stands as well. Both are just visible behind a nearby bush.

"Sorry about not showing myself earlier. I'm not really the sort of person who should be out and about, but I'd been hearing about weird things lately so I thought I'd check it out."

It took Sasha a moment, but she finally found Nick behind the bush. "Oh, so you came to explore the new places, too? It certainly seems worth checking out to me. How about I go around with you? I can protect you if things get hairy again."

He chuckles. Yeah, that seems about right for her. "And I guess I can provide intel or... something. Better than nothing, I guess." He sighs. "It's pretty curious though, don't you think? A bunch of places, appearing out of nowhere. It's almost like back home, except without any sense of deliberate placement." He crosses his arms. "Think it's connected to all of us coming here?"
