When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

...You know, there's something very familiar about this situation, but she just can't place her finger on what it is. Not to mention, it feels like she saw that saber at least once in her childhood...no matter.

Shepard's sense of timing hasn't failed her at all, apparently, because she arrived sometime after the blaster fire started--and is already aiming a Slam at one of the poor droids.

"Magnet for trouble, aren't you?"

"You have no idea."

Meetra, used to fighting with other Jedi, didn't blink at the telekinetic attack on one of the HK-50's. Instead, she continued to parry their fire with her saber and summoned Vima to surround one with light patterns that immediately disintegrate it. Good, less volume of fire would really help here.

"Observation: Jedi aren't supposed to be able to do that."

She starts advancing on the one that hasn't been eliminated or slammed with her lightsaber, carefully. "Be careful with these guys, they're programmed to enjoy killing."

Jedi? ...Well, then, there's something for her to ask about once this mess is taken care of. Shepard, regardless, moves to take whatever cover is present; not having the same defenses Meetra does kinda sucks like that.

"I've dealt with an entire species that loves fighting; that tell you anything?" Popping out for a sec, she promptly fires her Phalanx at the remaining droid's leg before ducking behind it again.

As the standing HK turned to try and fire at Shepard with its sniper rifle, Meetra grabbed the knocked-down droid that was trying to get to its feet with the Force and smashed it into the ground again.

"Offended statement:," began the attacking droid, "Master, we're perfected weapons, not merely belligerent! This is our highest and only purpose!"

And then Meetra smashed the droid she'd grabbed into the back of the one that was talking.

"If I didn't know better I'd say you're a whole lot worse than the geth--which you are."

Witty banter towards idiot droids in the middle of a fight? Priceless. Shepard scrambles away promptly, swiftly summoning Lazarus to send an Arm Chopper at that same droid for its trouble. Talk about focused pounding.

The Arm Chopper and Meetra's lightsaber mangle one of the downed droids, leaving only one of them.

"How did you follow me here?" she demanded of the last one, barely deflecting a sudden point-blank shot.

"Confused admission: We have no idea where we are, but as there are plenty of organic targets around, we don't really care, either."
