When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

... Welp. He blinks in surprise. He can't do anything like that. He just keeps the monsters from attacking her from behind, since it looks like that's mostly a forward attack.

[tyrantball]

Well, at least that still works! Desco will clap her claws in glee at her thinning of the ranks.

"Desco still has her killer skills! Ahahaha, yay!"

Facing you now.

"Did you see how amazing Desco is, Mr. Otoha?"

[bakegarasu]

"I did see that, yeah."

For someone with such terrifying kinds of power she's awfully adorable for a demon.

[tyrantball]

"Okay!"

Desco is cheering.

"Desco will continue grinding on these weak mobs until she can unlock her strongest skill again!"

Pause.

"...or maybe Desco should use her Persona instead?"

[bakegarasu]

"Probably a good idea if you want to get it stronger."

... He should probably do the same, but he doesn't know how to awaken it.

[tyrantball]

"Yes!"

Blue light builds up around her and forms into the phantasmal figure of her Persona, which obligingly hovers behind her. She tilts her head as she looks at you.

"Isn't Mr. Otoha going to summon his?"

[bakegarasu]

"I... haven't summoned mine yet."

From what he can tell it shows up when you're in danger - and he doesn't know how to be afraid.

[tyrantball]

"Desco summoned her when she was terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought!"

[bakegarasu]

And she looks so cheerful saying that, too.

"I don't get scared."

[tyrantball]

Desco glances up at her Persona before looking back at you.

"Uh...Desco has a spell that can make people scared?"

[bakegarasu]

"I... don't know that it would work."

He doesn't exactly want to be scared. He's the one that's supposed to be terrifying.

[tyrantball]

She nods in response.

"Desco doesn't exactly want to do it anyway, but she felt like she should offer."

[bakegarasu]

Otoha reaches out to pat her on the head.

"Thanks. I think I'll be fine."

[tyrantball]

SMILE SMILE SMILE

Nobody has given her headpats since she left the labs!

you will never get rid of her now

"Let's go crush all these weak mobs!"

[bakegarasu]

"Heh."

He draws his sword and there's the smell of alcohol in the air for a moment as he disappears, before reappearing behind a monster and stabbing his sword into its back.

[tyrantball]

Desco stretches her primary tentacles high into the air, toothy maws gaping, as she gives a command to her Persona.

"Etch the SKY!"

The robed figure raises his staff, releasing a shadowy blast of energy at a nearby monster.

[bakegarasu]

Otoha pulls his sword out, wiping it on the monster before kicking it to the ground.

"Nice."

[tyrantball]

"Thank you!"

She looks like she's about to continues when she pauses for a second, a look of shock passing over her features before her expression becomes SHEEREST JOY.

"Desco is...Desco is so happy!"

Here, have a tentacle-filled hug!

"DESCO'S TRUE FORM ISN'T SEALED ANYMORE!"

[bakegarasu]

alskdfjsd. Otoha freezes slightly. He's not good with hugs of any kind.

"That's... good?" He thinks. Probably.

[tyrantball]

"MWAHAHAHAHA!"

And now she is spinning around joyously, looking for a target.

Oh hey there's a group over there.

"YOG-SOTHOTH!"

[bakegarasu]

... Welp.

That. That was a thing. He just stares in surprise for a few moments.

[tyrantball]

That done, she floats back over to you, beaming happily and wagging her tail.

"Did you see? Desco's magnificent TRUE FORM!"

[bakegarasu]

"Yeah, I saw it. What... what was that?"

[tyrantball]

"Desco assumed her true power and glory as Yog-Sothoth and shot lasers at those weak mobs!"

Delighted, adorable cackling.

[bakegarasu]

"... Okay then."

He's just gonna go find some more monsters to cut up.
