When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

You should be! Honestly, a mandragora, in a place like this. You know a improperly used mandragora can kill the weak don't you? You shouldn't just throw it around willy nilly.

Honestly, where did you even GET one around here? They're blastedly rare even in the best of circumstances, let alone available to be throwing around like that.

*The giant lunatic trundles up to her, smirking at his talents. She looks up at him in annoyance.*

[Soma raised an eyebrow at her... Persona? Wow... creepy guy. Not that he... really had much room to talk.]

I have power over monster souls. Mandragora is just one of the souls within me; I can conjure one whenever I want.

*She mulls this over, and then realizes something else.*

*She looks at Ballos.*

Right. That one, over there. Try Mudo, and if that doesn't work, just smack it until it dies. I'm sure even YOU can handle that.

*The Persona sneers contempt, before going off to do her instructions.*

Urgh. Why must I be stuck with him, of all people. Well, whatever.

*She turns to Soma.*

Have you per chance picked up anything useful? There've been SO many new monsters, which must SIMPLY have new and interesting ingredients they drop.
