When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

[...He'd really like to ask about that comment. A scythe, really? She must really be into this goth thing... Well anyway. He'll ask about that later. For now, it's time to go after these things.

Nik runs right up to a maya, ready to fight. Looks like he knows how to box, from the looks of things. He throws a few punches at the monster, and...nothing happens. Nothing but the maya suddenly sprouting arms, rearing back, and landing a hit on Nik. He dodges the second swipe it takes, though, still looking surprised. And yet again cursing in Russian.]

[She's close on his heels. She should do something to protect him from the... ghost creature? But she's pretty short on options]

Don't do anything foolish...

...I am unsure of what else to do. They don't seem to be backing down or even feeling it.

[Death steps toward them. Maybe she can distract them? She feels a tug, almost like when she needs to be somewhere. Not the same but... that's the closest she can think of.]

You need to leave now.

[She doesn't have the voice of command like some. But it's about the only thing she has going right now. She's told off the FUries before, after all.]

[Maybe not the best of moves. One of the other maya flails its arms a bit - a strange-looking gesture, but a moment later the two of them are hit with low-level ice spells, the air around them freezing, then exploding a moment later. Ouch.]

What was that?! [That's the loudest Nik's been all night.]

Now with less sexy Cylon!

[Normally she's excited by new things but this is not the time.

And then something... howls?]

[What is even happening. Nik's so lost. Meanwhile, he's keeping an eye on the maya to make sure they don't do whatever that was again.]

...What was that? [He just sounds exasperated now.]

I don't know.

[She glances back at the Maya]

But it seems to be affecting them.
