Finally it was time for the mayor, Kazuki Sakahagi, to speak up. Not even an thirty minutes left to the celebrations, but seeing him go appeared to be lighting up a spark in the citizens. It wasn't too hard to see why; his enthusiastic grin and way of walking could easily melt anyone's worry away.
He walked to the center stage as cheering broke out, two men in black and Junko Tanako behind him.

On the other tentacle, this guy was slowly wearing on her nerves by not only encroaching on her rights as the Final Boss with his villainous monologue (bonus points for adopting the self-righteous and arrogant tactic of pretending to be the wronged party), but he was doing so with absolutely no style at all.
Seriously, look at what he is wearing. Suspenders? A white dress shirt? And who the hell does he think he is impressing with that chintzy mask?
Where is the spiked armor? The flowing, overly-dramatic cape? The crackling flashes of energy representing a power too great to be controlled? There is not even any maniacal laughter.
...and did he just use the phrase 'you've given me no choice'? Really? Really?
Okay, that's it.
Desco isn't going to rest until that guy's skull is the centerpiece of her Skull Throne.
