Finally it was time for the mayor, Kazuki Sakahagi, to speak up. Not even an thirty minutes left to the celebrations, but seeing him go appeared to be lighting up a spark in the citizens. It wasn't too hard to see why; his enthusiastic grin and way of walking could easily melt anyone's worry away.

He walked to the center stage as cheering broke out, two men in black and Junko Tanako behind him.

Ah, that was definitely going to leave a bruise. Ludwig's grunt of pain turned into a full-out shout when Hitsuji's shot hit his Persona. This pain felt similar to the kind that came about when a national tragedy occurred, a kind of internal burning. However, this was more so than anything he'd ever felt before. That was no ordinary hit! Ludwig could take Spades's kick, but Hitsuji's blast... this was new to him. In an agonized frenzy, he scrambled for his gun and fired two shots at Hitsuji's legs. Dammit, why didn't he just trust his gun in the first place? It would have done damage faster, if perhaps not as powerfully as a Persona could do.

Her hand was poised and ready the minute Ludwig pulled out his gun in a scramble, stopping the bullets in mid-air and directing them straight back towards the nation.

"It's not nice to shoot a little girl, you know." She flies down next to Spades, hands on her hips and a condescendingly pouty look on her face. "Rude."

Once he had connected, he pushed off Ludwigs back to land back down on the ground behind the man.

"Downright impolite if you ask me," He said with a shake of his head, perfectly content with letting the bullets do the damage as he stood next to Hitsuji with his arms crossed. Honestly, he didn't expect much more.

The two shots hit Ludwig in the side. How could she catch bullets like that?! Was her telekinesis really that fast? Ludwig was really at a loss here. He could feel blood seeping out of his wounds- not a feeling he hadn't had before, as he had been shot at many times over his wars- and it seemed they could throw back anything he had. His Persona was too slow, and his bullets could be caught out of the air... how was he supposed to touch them? It wasn't like Ludwig to just up and surrender, though. He fired a few more shots at the duo but braced himself for pain nonetheless.

Yes and no. The thing is Ludwig, not that she'd ever bother to explain herself, is that it takes time to pull out your gun, aim, and shoot. All she did was wrap her power around the bullets before they were shot, and merely just redirected them afterwards. Ain't rocket science. Though at the same time, she's been trained to have excellent reaction skills above human capacities, and probably could've blocked them in the air and shot them back anyways.

This time though, Hitsuji merely takes note of where the gun is being pointed and side steps out of the way as he shoots. It probably would've been a bit more difficult to do if Ludwig were at his prime and not incapacitated, but that was irrelevant at the moment. Reaching her power out towards the gun, she jams it from within, hopefully eliminating Ludwig's last line of defense.

"I think he's pretty much done, Spades."

Even Spades was able to dodge out of the way of the bullets, though admittedly with a bit of a glitch in his appearance. So he probably had to use a bit more teleportation to pull that off.

"Sounds about right to me," he says to Hitsuji, gesturing with one hand as if he were typing a hat at Ludwig.

"C'mon, 'fore the others catch up with him."
