Finally it was time for the mayor, Kazuki Sakahagi, to speak up. Not even an thirty minutes left to the celebrations, but seeing him go appeared to be lighting up a spark in the citizens. It wasn't too hard to see why; his enthusiastic grin and way of walking could easily melt anyone's worry away.
He walked to the center stage as cheering broke out, two men in black and Junko Tanako behind him.

As Aqua lifts Xion, there's another stab of pain, sharper this time, and despite Aqua's warning, Xion grits her teeth tightly out a groan of pain. Halfway through the process though, then the sound suddenly fades and the tension eases out of her. Once Xion is lowered back on top of the chair, it becomes clear why: she's passed out.

As soon as Xion is lifted up he's moving, trying to only think about getting the seat positioned in the right spot as quickly as possible, because he knows this is the best thing he can do to help right now. Once he's sure he has it in the right spot he backs off completely, looking to Aqua for confirmation even if he isn't sure there's time to fix anything if he had messed up.]
