When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

[As Nano heads home on Sunday night, she finds herself inexplicably drawn toward the Virgo District instead of the Pisces apartments. She almost passes the market by in her wandering haze, but she does a double-take as she's going by the front door.]

Eeeeeeeeh? What is the market doing here?

[Erika has been wandering around to see all the fancy new locales like some kind of tourist. She stops when she sees Nano.]

Hey, is that the Ichiban market? Cool!

[She says it very off-handedly, moving past Nano to peer into the window of the store.]

[She trails off, seeing something strange reflected in the window.]

[Turning around slowly.]

Yes, I suppose that's true. I was planning on coming back tomorrow, so we can go together if--

[But she's cut off as she follows Erika's gaze.]

A... a demon!

[Yeah, he's about to lob an eggplant bomb at them. Offering the best advice she can, Erika shoves Nano out of the way.]

Dodge!

[She doesn't quite make it though, so have an eggplant with legs. It is now running in circles. And the wizard has another bomb. Enjoy.]

[OH GOD WHY ARE YOU AN EGGPLANT

But Nano scarcely has time to worry about that right now! Turning quickly to face their new enemy, Nano quickly hits it with a silence-inducing Muzzle Shot.]

[Hmm, once silenced, he can't do much more than flail sort of menacingly. And maybe wave his staff at her?

Luckily, a few seconds later, Erika poofs back to normal.]

[Well then, it's a good thing Pinocchio also reflects Physical, isn't it? Nano is unharmed.]

What... what happened?

[Eggplant face over there is still flailing away, succeeding only in slowly harming himself.]

[She said as if it were obvious.]

Oh, did you silence him? Nice touch!

[The wizard decides that flailing in Erika's direction is likely to produce a better result.]

[Erika decides that fair is fair.]

[ Yukko has been out looking for a job. So far it's been fruitless, but she gives the idea more energy and thought than she has given most homework assignment! She's on her way home, her shoulders slouched when she sees Nano. ]

Hey, Nano-chan! What's wrong?

[ She doesn't notice the market yet... ]

I will backtag with your Yukko forever, no worries

Yukko-san!

[Nano smiles as her friend approaches, excitedly turning on her heels and pointing at the building she's looking at.]

Look! It's the market from home! This is the one I always shop at when I'm buying dinner for the Professor and Sakamoto-san!

[ Yukko slowly looks towards the market, and recognition settles in. ]

Oh! I think I remember this place.

[ She nods her head, walking over next to Nano. She peers inside. ]

What the heck is it doing here though? I don't remember seeing it when I was exploring...!

[It's closed now, but there's enough light shining inside to see that it's definitely the genuine article, or at least a very convincing fake.]

I don't know. I'm sure it wasn't here yesterday. This is the way I always use to walk home.

[ There's a long pause on her part. This is... Really weird. But Yukko tries to rationalize it, waving it off. ]

[ And that's when Yukko decides to turn away from the market and notices the sky.

She takes a step back. ]

... Nano-chaaaaan. [ Bumps on the shoulder. ]

Hmm? What's wrong?

[She slowly looks up, following Yukko's gaze...]

L-Look...

[ Said in a scratchy, high-pitched squeal.

Yukko points to the sky. The strange shapes forming in the sky. The strange, really unnerving tails in the sky.

Yukko had been slumping so far that her head had been practically dragging across the ground, but she's sure she would have noticed those... ]

Yukko-san! Get behind me!

[Nano steps protectively in front of her friend, the Sun Arcana tarot card floating down in front of her as she punches at it to release Chirashizushi, her current Velvet Room Persona. If Yukko reads Helvetica Standard at all, she'll probably recognize this one.]

(ooc: you picking something from the bestiary for them to fight, or do you just want this to be sort of generic for purposes of getting Yukko's Persona out?)

Nano! What the heck is going - !!

[ Yukko jumps back when a card floats before Nano. She looks on at the wisps in the air, seeing them slowly growing into shapes. They're approaching very quickly!!

Hey, isn't that that one girl from that one comic? This is really weird. ]

(Ooc: Let's just keep it generic! They can fight alongside each other for real later! )

Chirashizushi!

[Nano confidently calls out her Persona's name, and it obediently flaps its wings, sending a gust of air cascading toward the enemies as they descend from the sky. Unfortunately, these particular demons happen to be resistant to wind damage, so they shrug it off and continue their downward descent toward the two girls.]

W-what...! It's not working!

[ She has no idea what Nano and that cartoon girl where trying to do but it doesn't look like it worked! She grits her teeth, holding her heads to her head! She starts looking around, her breath becoming labored. This is. This is bad. ]

Nano! What do we do?! S-Should we run?!
