When it is darkest, men see the stars...

The snow was falling softly in the night sky when the heavens turned red again. The nearly black sphere of the upcoming new moon meant the monster population wasn't overly aggressive and the creatures wouldn't offer much challenge....

...or that's what was supposed to happen.

That night, there was a strange pull. The demons had acted odd that day, but even when asked, they were unsure why. To keep the population safe, the mayor had asked the city to stay inside that night and let the city police and visitors do their job.

It was a good thing he had. As the first minute of the 13th hour continued, something happened...the signature tail in the sky of something appearing, much like when the Guests had shown up. Only this time it was hundred of such little signals. The sky was filled with them, and people were ushered inside buildings as much as possible. Something was wrong.

Something was very wrong.

New creatures began to move around the city. For some, it would be creatures they might have wanted to forget. Yet for others, this would soon be forgotten when not flesh but stone, rock and metal, rose from the very ground, pieces of their homeworld reborn in Hinoto-Ri...

Alright 13th hour post!

This will be up to you on what you want to do; start a new post where you can character's name and OPEN and write the days they'll be wandering during the 13th hour. Join other people's post, do some exploration, post them fighting monsters and just have some fun leveling up / interacting! For this log only You can level a persona twice meaning if they are used in a post with one group and in a post with another group, you can level up your persona twice. The conditions is that the fighting must happen on two different days. You can do this with only one persona, however.

For the buildings, each one gets its own thread. The original owners who submitted will be the first to see them, due to a strange pull that made they feel like they NEEDED to go to that area. What they do with this information is up to them; they can contact others in their group, start exploring by themselves or allow the thread to be open for others to come in with them...it's all up to you. That next morning, the government will be coming over to analyze them (that will be done offscreen, however).

FOR THE CREATURES 1) The creatures have to be in the Beastary for you to use them. You don't need to use creatures from your own home worlds either, as long as someone's put in a creature in there! No boss characters that night, since it isn't a full moon. Also make sure your characters could logically take onthe creatures you pick let's not have them take down a giant tree when they couldn't normally.]

[It's not unusual for Akihiko to be spending his nights patrolling, punching at whatever happens to cross his path -- so long as it's nefarious-looking. Though the 13th hour and those who inhabit it seem to have changed, his routine has not, and he stubbornly remains on the streets until he's too tired to patrol effectively.

[>Well....it's more like 'go off to see the baby dolphins and cross his path' but hey, at least he's giving him a small wave as he passes by.]

[That's a very legitimate life choice, Kanji. If Aki realized, he would approve.

He blinks, pausing in his patrol to wave in reply.]

Hey there. Where are you headed?

[He hesitates before speaking.]

Well uh...senpai and I are going over to the river to see if we can spot some baby dolphins...

Really?

[Have a curious look, Kanji.]

It's worth the trip. They're cute.

I mean uh...GREAT! Glad it's worth the trip n' all!

[Excuse him as he is unsure what to say next...]

Are you okay, there? You seem kind of nervous.

[IT'S WEIRD.]

[He sighs.]

Yeah you're right. I should man up 'bout it. [With a pause, he looks up and nearly screams at the red nightly sky..] Alright you heard that? I LOVE BABY DOLPHINS AND CUTE SHITb DAMMIT!

[Kanji he was just saying you looked nervous, not asking for a life story.]

...you know I do feel 'bit better sayin' that... It's just...people used to look at me weird for likin' that stuff. It was with Senpai's help that I was able to accept myself...but sometimes it's still hard.

[And for a moment, all Akihiko can do is look very, very taken aback.

You should feel free to like whatever you want to.

[He shrugs. What's the big deal?

Yeah you're right. [He offers him a grin.] It was...just harder back at home. I promised Senpai I'd be myself from now anyway! I shouldn't let him down right?!

In fact I should...oh dammit...what the hell are those?

[Akihiko whips his head around in the direction Kanji seems to be looking -- crap, what are those?]

Never seen a demon like that before! Shall we?

*Would you look at that, it's a girl running in the light of the streetlights in knee-length shorts and shoes despite the snow on the ground. There's even a bunch of Jack Frosts following her, hee-hoing all the way.*

[Akihiko raises an eyebrow as he sees the Jack Frosts trailing her. However, when he chooses to speak up, that's not what he decides to address.]

Aren't you cold?

[Priorities.]

[demifemme]

Only when I stop for too long. *And she stop, the Frosts tumbling around her or ramming into her legs, without affecting her.*

Out training your Persona?

[risetocaesar]

That's definitely part of it, but I'm out patrolling most nights, anyway. I like to do my part to keep the streets safe.

[He blinks, looking curiously at the Frosts.]

Interesting friends you've got there.

[demifemme]

*Shura nodded.* That's cool. I mostly train, but I guess it does keep some demons off the streets...

*She looked at the Jack Frosts surrounding her and smiled.* Yeah. I tend to attract groupies whenever I go out running. Aren't they adorable?

[risetocaesar]

Every little bit helps. Even if it's just a few demons here and there. That's a few less demons with the opportunity to hurt someone.

[He tilts his head as he examines the Frosts.]

Guess they are, heh. Apparently I attract groupies when I run, too, but not like that!

[demifemme]

*Shura chuckled a bit.* Well, if you were a legendary demon-human-thing, maybe you'd attract cute demons too! Although I do get the odd Incubus chasing me sometimes... *she shudders at the memory.*

You're part demon?

[He cracks a little bit of a smile.]

I didn't realize. You don't look it.

[demifemme]

*Shura beams It seems you know how to make a Demi-Fiend happy, Akihiko, even if this was just an accident.*

I am! I'm the Hitoshura, or the Demi-Fiend. My current state is complicated, but I'm at least half a demon for sure.

[risetocaesar]

[He's mostly just oblivious, but hey, glad to be of service!]

Is that what you go by, then? Hey, we've talked on the network, haven't we?

I think we have! I go by the name Shura. It's less of a mouthful than my whole title.

Shura-san. Alright, I'll remember that. It's definitely easier than the title.

I made a trail mix! I figured that with all this training you'd need a little bit of an energy boost.
