Summary: Massive Open Apartment Log (March 23rd - 31st)
Warnings: Rooms and stuff? If you start anything that is 16+ and up, PLEASE WARN US.

Do you remember the construction that had been going on for a while inside the apartment complexes? It had been rather silent lately, but on the 23th in the morning, you would find that the walls on each level were now filled with green walls filled with plants that survived harsh light environments, along with many herbs.

How had the managed to get so many of them here in a quick time? Magic, of course. (...No, seriously!)

The instructions were simple; those with Intel personas were asked to use their skills, if they had any, to refresh and renew the plants as they were used by the others. Thus a fresh supplies of produce could be made for a much cheaper price. The hydrophobic pumps took care of the water system.

If anyone ventured into the higher levels, they would find that the empty apartments of the 20th levels were all occupied by bulbs of all colors and sizes, flowers and vegetables in preparation of the warmer spring months. There were many scientific names on them.

It looked like they'd been handed another prototype project to go with the teleporters. But hey, at least this one seemed delicious and wasn't going to send you right into the other building's pool.

Suggested BGM: Unpreparedness Is One's Greatest Enemy

[For the past few weeks, Cloche has been studying--preparing, for this very morning. She has taken careful notes, armored herself with protective gear, and procured only the finest possible materials for her endeavor: pan-fried toast with fresh fruit, eggs, and bacon. She knew from the beginning that the meal was ambitious... but, as the Holy Maiden, she absolutely can't let her cooking skills (or lack thereof) go untamed.

It should come as a surprise to no one when Cloche throws her apartment door open to clear the place of smoke after she burnt all three components of what was supposed to be the first of many delicious breakfasts. Cloche herself is still in her very fluffy pajamas and cute slippers, decked out with an equally fluffy pink apron.

When she comes face to face with the sudden outburst of green lining the hallways, she doesn't give herself much time to process it.]

What is-- [She shakes her head.] Agh, I don't have time for this nonsense! [Cloche whirls back into her apartment, hair flying, to try and rescue her toast. Only one side is completely charred... that makes it half-edible, right? She leaves the door wide open behind her, revealing a very tidy apartment... that has been completely dominated by her plush collection.]

Oh! Even your apartment is cute! I shouldn't be surprised, really. I can't think of anything about you that isn't!

[... aka hi Cloche. Welcome to Ryoji! Who doesn't seem very phased by the whole green wall problem. It looks pretty, really! Instead he's more focused on the cute slippers and room.]

Hi, Cloche-chan! How are you today?

[When did he start adding on the -chan? ~*Who knows.*~ He's jsut a man that lives on the edge.]

[Illegal intruder... annihilate!]

[Except, this isn't Cloche's Cosmosphere. She can't crush Ryoji like a bug for entering her private space.]

[She can, however, give him a furious look from her position by the stove-- and brandish her frying pan like a weapon.]

You! How dare you call me by first name-- or enter my apartment without permission?! [The smoking, charred remains of her eggs remain stuck fast to the pan.] I insist that you remove yourself from my presence immediately!

Huh? I added, a "chan" to it, I thought it would be okay... !

[But noooooo don't hit him with that please!]

But I was just wondering what you were doing! [He'll even duck out of her door again, peering around the corner of the door frame. There... ?]

I saw the smoke, and I was worried about you! Is that really so bad?

I don't know what that means. Even if I did, it wouldn't be "okay"!

[Cloche lowers the pan a little, but she still seems suspicious.]

I can hardly trust the words of a ne'er-do-well such as yourself. The smoke is nothing to be alarmed about.

Well... it's a term you add if you're friendly with someone! [And they're totally friendly with each other, right??] You could call me Ryoji-kun, if you want!

[But ne'er-do-well? Hmmm...] Well they say where there's smoke, there's fire, right? You can never be too careful!

[...Um. That looked like a bad sign. Atoli's room was right next to that one and smoke coming out the door probably meant there was a tragic cooking accident.

Come to think of it, she didn't really know anyone else on this floor that well. Maybe this was an opportunity...]

Excuse me... I couldn't help but notice you seem to be having trouble cooking and... you wouldn't mind some help with it, would you?

[She takes note of the oodles of stuffed dolls but that's something that can wait until later.]

[When Atoli enters the apartment, she will find Cloche hopelessly trying to pry the remains of her toast out of the pan using a spatula. She's a little surprised to hear someone else in her apartment... and a little embarrassed.]

Er-- [She awkwardly sets the pan down.] ... I'll have the smoke cleared out soon.

[She won't say it, but... Cloche desperately needs some help with this breakfast.]

[That can't be good for the pan. The toast is probably beyond saving, beyond just viciously slicing off the burned side.]

...If the bread has fused to the pan like that, it probably means you forgot to put butter in it first.

Butter is required to cook this dish? I thought it was only used as a garnish!

Well, there are other ways of lubricating it, but butter tastes the best.

[From two floors below, Asem could hear the smoke detectors on the tenth floor going off. Immediately worried about what was going on above his head, he promptly forgets the mysterious appearance of all the greenery (protective instincts override all other thought in his mind) and runs up the stairs until he comes to the tenth floor. He sees a door open, so he runs toward it.]

Hey! Hey, if you can hear me, what's going--

[And then he actually sees inside.]

--on?!

[At this point, Cloche has abandoned all hope of eating anything nice. She's scraping the smoking remnants of her breakfast into the kitchen sink, in the hopes that she can drown out the smoke with some cold water.]

Asem-- [In her surprise, she drops the pan directly into the sink.] Asem, get out! I'm not dressed yet!

I--whoa, hey!

[Asem leaps back a couple inches. He wasn't expecting that kind of a reaction.]

But the smoke -- a-and your door was open -- I had to make sure...!

Well, it's nothing! I just burned my breakfast a bit. [And by "a bit" she means that the bacon, which she tried to bake in the oven, now resembles fossilized remains.]

...That's it?

[Asem looks stunned. How could somebody produce enough smoke to set off the smoke detectors just by burning their breakfast a bit?]

Everything all right, Cloche?

[ Garviel walks up to the doorway, clad in ceramite and looking slightly stern and fatherly , just like he always does. He's concealing his reaction to the smell behind his stoic, harsh face. ]

[Cloche's shoulders scrunch up. Somehow, being caught by Garviel after making a mess of her kitchen is more embarrassing than it is being caught by complete strangers.]

It's-- fine. This is just a little stumbling block, that's all!

Of course. [ The food looks fine to him, but space marines can eat rocks anyway so he's not a good judge. ]

Is there anything I can help you with?

I'm not sure. I have all the ingredients necessary for this dish, I have the proper utensils, and I've memorized the recipes... I shouldn't need any help. [And yet, she's somehow managed to burn everything. Everything!]

So it is burnt. It still looks edible to me.

[ Garviel just never gets the point. Oh well, in a way, he's being reassuring. ]

[Well since Minako had come to the apartments anyway, she figured she may as well stop to say hello to Cloche. But what is going on....]

Cloche-chan? [yes she's graduated to -chan now, but that's not the point. There's smoke coming from her apartment.] Is everything okay?

[There's only one way to describe the state of Cloche's tiny kitchen: it's the site of a horrific case of arson.]

[Cloche turns towards her doorway, looking rather embarrassed. She's clearly the criminal in the situation, considering the smoking pans she's trying to salvage on the top of her stove.]

I- have everything under control. [Yes. That is exactly the case.] What brings you here this fine morning, Minako?

I wanted to say hello to you!

[this is a real and legitimate reason for creeping okay.] I didn't mean to interrupt your breakfast though...

Oh. Well... in that case, good morning. [Cloche is willing to accept thin excuses of creeping when they come from her galpals.] Well, you're hardly interrupting anything at this point. As soon as I get this mess cleaned up, I'm going out to eat at a cafe.
