Summary: Massive Open Apartment Log (March 23rd - 31st)
Warnings: Rooms and stuff? If you start anything that is 16+ and up, PLEASE WARN US.

Do you remember the construction that had been going on for a while inside the apartment complexes? It had been rather silent lately, but on the 23th in the morning, you would find that the walls on each level were now filled with green walls filled with plants that survived harsh light environments, along with many herbs.

How had the managed to get so many of them here in a quick time? Magic, of course. (...No, seriously!)

The instructions were simple; those with Intel personas were asked to use their skills, if they had any, to refresh and renew the plants as they were used by the others. Thus a fresh supplies of produce could be made for a much cheaper price. The hydrophobic pumps took care of the water system.

If anyone ventured into the higher levels, they would find that the empty apartments of the 20th levels were all occupied by bulbs of all colors and sizes, flowers and vegetables in preparation of the warmer spring months. There were many scientific names on them.

It looked like they'd been handed another prototype project to go with the teleporters. But hey, at least this one seemed delicious and wasn't going to send you right into the other building's pool.

[It's not like Miki was ever seriously missing; they could track her down if they needed to. And Minako knows she would feel exactly the same, if her brother ever decided to suddenly leave.]

There's weirder out there. Lot of these could probably be used for cooking, from the looks of it.

[He's definitely eyeing some of those herbs. It definitely reminds him of the rooftop garden that Kojuro had installed back home, and of everything that they did in order to make it work. It's a nice sense of nostalgia, at least.]

The hell-?!

[Well that was damn close. Masamune turns to face whoever nearly ran him over, yelling:]

Slow down, you're gonna kill someone doing that!

Desco releases her tentacles as she happily accepts the box and proceeds to float over to the corner of the ceiling. One of her primary tentacles stretches over her shoulder and dips into the box briefly before coming back out, crunching noisily. Desco's childlike body sighs a little in contentment.

"Desco hasn't had spicy snacks in a while!"

... ... perhaps more than a bit. But, regardless, it's nothing to be concerned about! I have the situation completely under control.

You don't have to say that. I know that it's inedible. [She sighs.] I want to improve, not continue to ruin perfectly good food.

[A young man was sitting in the middle of the hallway, his back to one of the apartment doors, presumably his, with a DS-looking contraption in his hands. He looked like he had rolled out of bed, in a loose t-shirt and baggy trousers, with a rather sleepy look about him.

Which was a bit odd considering it was like the early afternoon. Most people were bright and active then!

Bug him?]

[Always! And of course Midori is a bundle of energy by now. And dressed much more elaborately.]

Kazuya, are you still in your pajamas?

Huh?

[Kazuya looked up, blinking a little slowly]

Oh, hey Midori. What brings you up here?

Exploring! If I'm gonna be living here I want to know it backwards and forwards! Plus all the plants got me curious.

[The boy with the floppy hat slowly passes by with a watering can in hand and observes the wilting Kazuya with a thoughtful expression.]

Looks like this one could use some perking up.

[Atsuro leans forward and makes a motion to tilt the can forward, though he stops before any water actually comes out.]

Ah, yeah. They're nice, aren't they?

[Kazuya smiled a little, lifting a hand up to rub his eyes]

Nice smell and stuff.

[Kazuya flinched anyway, lifting a hand up to protectively shield his head and his COMP from any stray water droplets]

Hey, hey, hey! None of that!

[That can't be good for the pan. The toast is probably beyond saving, beyond just viciously slicing off the burned side.]

...If the bread has fused to the pan like that, it probably means you forgot to put butter in it first.

[This was a nice surprise!

This little botanical project meant she didn't have to go to the store to get certain fruits, herbs, and vegetables. Right now she wasn't quite sure which, but that would change eventually! So right now she's just making a list of which plants might be found where.

Maybe she'd need to get a plant-revitalizing Persona in the future.]

Did you want me to sing to you instead? I hear plants like Mozart...

[Atsuro sets the can down and slides down the wall next to Kazuya.]

What's up?

[Kazuya snorted, and snapped his COMP shut when Atsuro sat down beside him, letting it rest on his thigh

Nothing. I just had one of my coma naps.

[He groaned at this, letting his head knock back against his door and closing his eyes as if still drowsy. And he was. Coma naps were so disorientating - especially as his demonic body meant that only four hours was enough to sustain him. Suddenly crashing for near twelve just confused him]

What year is it, Atsuro...

So... Basically, you mean it's a normal Saturday for a teenager.

[Atsuro digs around in his pocket and retrieves his own COMP.]

...Last time I checked? 2213 or so.

Oh, and I'm not Atsuro. I received instructions from my identical great-great-grandfather to await the inevitable awakening of the demon king and serve him in his place. His last message is to remind you that you owed him 500 yen, by the way.

What, no inflation over the past century?

[Kazuya was smiling a bit, and he cracked an eye open to survey this apparent descendent of his best friend]

I see 200 years of slumber has clearly impaired the great Demon King's eyesight. Maybe we should get you glasses.

Butter is required to cook this dish? I thought it was only used as a garnish!

No, no, it's definitely bigger...[Kazuya leaned over, reaching out to gently tweak the end of Atsuro's nose] Yup. You've got a tomato Atsuro Number Two.

I'm not sure which, though. And none of these look like the ones I've seen in The World.

[Trying to pull up memories of plants from the real world just pulls up other memories connected with them.]

[Kazuya's hand will be slapped away as Atsuro pulls a face.]

Yeah, yeah, it'd be Atsuro Number Five first off, and second, my nose is totally normal. Yours is just abnormally tiny. Probably so it doesn't get in the way of your bad eyesight.

[Kazuya just lifted his eyebrows in a 'well, I say' manner, and pulled his hand away as he settled back against his door]

Tiny or not, it still works. This place stinks.

[He gave the plants hanging off of the wall a small frown. Well, they didn't stink. In fact, they smelled quite nice. It was just that it was overpowering to his senses, sort of like standing next to a girl who put on too much perfume]
