Starting this week, the apartments also now have TELEPORTERS! These allow you to go from one apartment facility to the other.

They can be found in LEVEL 4 and are big enough to accommodate everyone (but maximum 5 at a time). However, due to the fact that they are still in the testing phase, you may find yourself appearing in the wrong part of the 4th level in the other building -- and that does include above the swimming pool. Hope you like water! (Thankfully this doesn't happen most of the time...most of the time.)

Start your thread with your character's name and their room number. You can always add what they might be doing, or just leave it open for other people to come in. Others then reply to them with the date that they come in and let the CR begin. Fun times are had by all!]

Atsuro jumps a bit wondering if his character had just been killed. Then he realizes the smashing sound had been in real life. He turns the volume down.]

Oh. Cool; I'm just gonna go ahead and keep playing, then.

[Atsuro recognizes the voice, of course, and true to his word, turns the television back on. ...The volume seems even higher than it was before.]

Huh...? Gee, the wind's really sounding like a voice today. Even after it told me the hallway was empty, it's still whistling...

[Atsuro pitches his voice loudly to disguise his footsteps and the sound of the lock on the door, then waits for Aoba's voice to sound again before he yanks it open.]

This is cruel and unusual!

[Okay, he'll try forcing it again! He'll take a step back, and rush in 1... 2... 3!!]

[The moment Aoba begins to rush, Atsuro flings it open.]

Oh, hey, it's -- Whoa!

[Wait where is the door this wasn't supposed to happen.]

Okay, he might be. Flat on the floor right now.

He's just going to pick himself up and pretend that didn't happen.]

The wind has brought me a visitor!

[Atsuro doesn't even know anymore what he's blabbering at this point. He offers a hand to help Aoba up.]

Good fortune, traveler. I expect your journey was not too harsh.

[He takes that hand pretty quickly. If this means they'll ignore how he just embarrassed himself, he's fine with playing along.]

Well... journeying to do battle with the Demon King isn't all it's cracked up to be, I can tell you.

"It's dangerous to go alone. Take this."

Atsuro pulls Aoba to his feet and hands him a spare controller he had sitting on his desk for whatever reason.

"What're you doing skulking around outside my room, anyway?"

Aoba finds the idea of Atsuro having spare controllers everywhere incredibly easy to swallow, honestly. He takes it.

"What, I'm not allowed to just visit?"

"Nah, I've got to fit you into my schedule. It's a delicate balance trying to beat ten games at once and save the world, you know?"

Life was difficult for a teenaged superhero. Luckily, he was exaggerating; he was only balancing five.

He gets the feeling that's the kind of game Atsuro likes, anyway.

"They're all different worlds." Atsuro flops onto his bed with a serious expression on his face. "I've got to dedicate an equal amount of time to each of them if I'm going to do the hero thing right. I can't favor one over the other, right?"

He pauses to consider. "I guess the real world might be the important one - but my world back home is frozen in time or something, so I don't have to worry too much. And this place... it's not doing so bad."
