Starting this week, the apartments also now have TELEPORTERS! These allow you to go from one apartment facility to the other.

They can be found in LEVEL 4 and are big enough to accommodate everyone (but maximum 5 at a time). However, due to the fact that they are still in the testing phase, you may find yourself appearing in the wrong part of the 4th level in the other building -- and that does include above the swimming pool. Hope you like water! (Thankfully this doesn't happen most of the time...most of the time.)

Start your thread with your character's name and their room number. You can always add what they might be doing, or just leave it open for other people to come in. Others then reply to them with the date that they come in and let the CR begin. Fun times are had by all!]

It is her way of showing... affection, I suppose it is. Though it wouldn't appear that her guest had much to be concerned about in that aspect, perhaps it is only with family? And if so, why does she only trade barbs with our eldest? [what a mysterious sister]

Though, I don't believe you ever told me much about yourself in the first place. Though I was directed to assist you with your Persona and was able to see that which many do not get to witness themselves, so many facets of one person cannot hope to explain the individual as whole. That is at the discretion of the person.

From what I gather, you are a remarkable guest who has a kind heart and a surprising number of secrets hidden within the same soul. A dear friend, powerful and able to help those who need you in more ways than one, and you're even so patient as to help me with the requests I give to you and to put up with my strangeness at times. Because... for one, it's easy for you to say those things about me, but it's a lot harder to say it about yourself. You learned all of that because you've seen the things I've done, right? I think it's better for people to learn about me like that and make their own decision about who I am.

But... What if they see all which I have said in a bad light? For example, your ability to bond so easily with others may be attributed to being used to reading others and deciding the best course of action in order to strengthen yourself. Your patience with others may be seen as a mere tolerance with the thought that you will be rewarded afterwards. Of course, I don't believe you are the type myself. Are you not concerned with what others might think in that sense?

[It's kind of hurtful to say such things to her, though it is a possibility she's just playing them for fools. He highly doubts that of course.]

[she smiles at him.] People make assumptions based on what they see. If they see a cheerful person, then I am a cheerful person to them. But, if I told them sad things, they would see a sad person instead. And that's not who I really am.

I see. To show one's true colors, they must act as they wish to appear. Your soul is a happy and courageous one and thus you show that to others. How strange I must be, then, to your kind.

[Humanity seems rather flawed in that aspect, perceiving one through appearances first and their heart later on, but if all of her kind had as many layers as his guest herself did he is not surprised in the least. No wonder Lord Philemon created them! Humanity can't even unwrap itself without getting tangled in others.]

As I have said, all who step into the Velvet Room are bound on a journey, and that isn't limited to just guests. While I would never ask you to answer these questions, as they are something I must learn myself with time, I wish to learn who you see when you look at me. I believe it may help.

Even being in this realm the past two months has given him such an insight due to the fact there's sooo many people to watch, though he tries not to think about them. ... My next question may seem a little odd, but please answer it all the same. Both you and your brother, from what I have heard from Elizabeth, cherish your friends very much, and Margaret's guest does as well - enough to beat even her in combat. As attendants we are able to feel your bonds strengthen, warm and cool, and it's quite a wonder to experience so for those who are unable to do so themselves. How, exactly, do you form them? You choosing seems normal concerning the selection, but with whom do you begin?

Most of the time it just happens. It's not so much about choosing... The people you spend the most time with become closer to you. But even if you talk to a lot of people, not all of them end up as your friends. The ones who do are the ones who are most interested in you back. Then I have formed something of a bond with someone other than yourself, I'm happy to say. Her name is Master Ruri Hoshino and she is a rather fascinating young lady whom I have spoken with several times since our first meeting. She looks similar to my sisters and I, which is rather peculiar due to the fact they are the only siblings I have ever known, and is able to talk for a computerized entity called Omoikane. [That name might sound familiar, considering it's the name of one of your Personas!] She is very friendly.

I hope I did not pry too much. Despite my previous acceptance of my role as merely your attendant, I still feel so... tumultuous speaking with you. Especially here, now that I have lost that duty and am confronted with a new... [He pauses a moment, trying to think of a word.] A new freedom, which is the chance of being a guest myself. I feel there is a swirling gale within my chest, as if it had never left in the first place, and it has become worse with the tantalizing opportunity of being able to spend as much time with you as I would like. I thought that perhaps if I were to know more about you, if I were able to see every part of you, that it might finally be silenced. I feel rather shamed to admit that I am someone who cannot accept his own decisions.

[She sighs, and then moves slightly, as though she wants to take his hand, but thinks better of it, and puts them behind her back instead. She wanted to avoid it, but... it's not fair. To him or to anyone else. She had to face this task like she'd faced everything else.]

I... know what you're trying to say. But I need to tell you something, before you say anything else.

You've seen my 'bonds,' so you probably already know this, but there's someone very important to me here now... Someone I thought I'd already lost.

[Logically, she probably doesn't owe him anything. He'd chosen to be with her, and then chosen again to cut it off before anything even more serious developed. He didn't have a claim now.

But it's hard to think logically when he looks so conflicted, and when she knows he's sincere. And it's not like she hadn't been just as selfish by accepting his request at all. She'd used him as a rebound and now look where it had gotten them both.

But... no. That attitude isn't fair to him either. They'd both been happy at the time; complications now don't change that. Even if it means she can't avoid hurting him. (Even if he'd hurt her before.)

She holds her chin up and looks directly at him.]

I don't regret what happened between us, Theo. But I also can't go back to it. I... love him. And that means I can't be more than your friend from now on.
