From the moment that Athena arrived here in Hinoto-ri with that man who appeared to her to the moment she regained consciousness, she had no idea what was going on really just.. what to do. Obviously the last time she feel asleep, she was safe and secure in her own bed. The moment she woke up, she found herself in what it seemed to be.... nothingness. She rubbed her eyes, just trying to understand what she really saw. It was possible that she was still asleep.

Once her eyes adjusted from to her surroundings around her, she noticed the particular man. This place was not her apartment and the man was not familiar. He certainly looked odd, but she's seen weirder clients/witnesses than this man. At the very least, he had manners. Only partially hearing what he said, she managed to get the gist of everything. So this man was named Philemon.... and he was... What? What exactly was 'a dweller between consciousness and unconsciousness'? Once he asked her to state her name, she figured it was just best to answer the man. Introducing herself as Athena Cykes, she noticed how apparently learning her name was a pleasing thing...

Hearing that apparently, not a lot of people remembered who they are here was a surprising notion. Did everyone else who came here come here with amnesia or something? Not that she had a lot of time to really think about it because just as soon as she was told that, she had been given a gift of some sort. Philemon called it a "Persona." She had been hoping that he'd explain just what it was or what it did to her, but obviously he had no desire to tell her. The notion of having many masks or at least his metaphor was made her wonder just what this place really was. All she knew was he was really vague. That bothered her not knowing much because he failed to explain things to her.

There was no point trying to prod him for more details though. Man was she sleepy. it could have been the affects of this place or just waking up moments before all of this happened. Regardless of her actions to stay awake, she drifted off to darkness only to wake up again in a completely different place. Come to think of it... now that she was aware of her surroundings again, she came to realize that her hair was down. Well, considering she had been sleeping in her own bed when she'd arrived here that didn't seem so weird.

However.... to find herself in another bed all together, she just hoped that she'd just gone through some weird dream. Sitting up in the bed, rubbing her eyes, she realized that it hadn't been a dream at all. All she could think was, 'Fuck.' So this did happen. She glanced next to her to realize that.... She wasn't in the bed alone. Noticing that familiar, fluffy black hair, she was almost afraid to find out if it really was who she thought it was. Upon taking a closer look, she froze. Her face turned a bright red, matching her messy bed head hair color. It was Simon. She was sleeping in the same bed as Simon!

Freaking out, she fell back and off the bed. Causing a loud thunk due to falling out of the bed, she covered her face in embarrassment. What was she doing in the same bed as Simon and why was he here too?

"Just what is going on here?!" she blurted out.

After getting her bearings of what this place was supposed to be and a run-through of the basics from Simon, she figured it would be best for her to explore a little. If she was going to be stuck here, she was going to get familiar with this place. She knew that there was no proven way out willingly, but she couldn't help but worry if Apollo and Phoenix were worried about her disappearance. She really had no idea where she was going. She probably should have been paying attention to her surroundings, huh?

[People in the Scorpio district today might notice a young girl decorating the outside wall of the Mark Immortal's theater. She's standing on a step ladder while an odd little creature hands her up various paints, brushes and other supplies. Right now she's using bits of colored glass, taken from various broken bottles found in the trash. The picture seems to be of people lining up to go to the theater. Those who look closer might notice that the people seem to be familiar. They're all various visitors that Akane has met or seen. They might even see themselves. Everyone is depicted as cheerful and friendly. The blue glass is currently being used to decorate someone's dress. And the little girl seems to be having a pretty good time herself.

.....But does she even have permission to do this?]

[Today, Nano can be found shopping around for discounted chocolate, marked down after Valentine's Day. She had already made and delivered plenty of obligation chocolate for her various friends in the days leading up to the love hotel event, so it's a little odd to see her out and about buying even more of the stuff. And a lot of it, too, from the looks of things. Her hand basket is almost overflowing with the stuff as she makes her way through the aisles, humming cheerfully to herself as the key in her back slowly turns of its own accord. And... is she blushing? And giggling to herself? Something is clearly afoot here, but at least so far, she hasn't mentioned it to anyone.]

You awaken in a dark room.

...To the sound of giggling.

"Ohmygosh, they're finally awake!" The shrill voice elicits an uncontrollable wince of pain; as the lights flicker on, the wince is liable to evolve into a full-on expression of abject horror. Everything is pink. The bed is pink. The walls are pink. The flower petals are pink. The confetti and streamers are pink. The enormous scented candles strewn about everywhere are pink.

............The tight briefs and/or lingerie that may or may not be on your body in place of your own underwear are pink (You do get to keep your clothing, so this part is optional if you don't want to play it - your characters can wake up in their normal bedclothes or day clothes if you like. However, if your characters do wake up in sexy underwear or their PJs, their normal clothes will be in a nearby dresser.)

Before you have too much time to consider exactly what's going on, the voice sounds again.

"We are going to have so much fun! We just knew the two of you would be perfect together. No connection to the outside world whatsoever! No need to thank us! Now, we'll just be here in the corner and you two can just... oh, you know!"

The fairy blushes and sighs longingly.

"OK! Good luck!"

Right about then, you realize someone else is in bed next to you.

[The event has begun! Please refer to this post to see how things will go. If you prefer not to have fairies directly involved, they will very generously allow you a little time ~alone~ if you ask, though they will return. Otherwise, they will be scribbling notes, drawing and narrating your "steamy romance" (romance may not be as steamy as implied). Characters can attack the fairies all they like, but it will have no effect, as they're projecting themselves in with magic while they watch from the safety of their little pixie laptops.

[It's very rare for Fumi to take a break from any of her various projects, and even rarer for her to be strolling around outside while doing so. But the stars must have aligned in some strange way, because today both of those things are taking place. She's got her laptop secured under one arm, and the other hand is busy holding onto a leash. It isn't a dog or a cat at the other end, though, but a strange looking multicolored duck creature that looks like something out of a bad 1980s computer graphics demo. The Porygon floats along obediently at Fumi's side, making happy little electronic chirping noises as the two walk along. She's taking it for a nice long walk today, and can be found in almost any district in the city, so feel free to stop them and say hello.]

In the middle of the barren field, there is a scientist in a white lab coat. He has his arms held out, and appears to be trying to say something. Unfortunately, his words are cut off every several seconds by the second combatant: a teenage girl wearing a pure white wedding dress trimmed in purple and metallic heeled boots, with a rather curious metal horn protruding from her head. She bellows in rage, slamming the end of a large mace into the man over and over again.]

[Curiously, her frenzied assault seems to be doing just as much damage to her as it is to the man. Every time she howls in rage and spins her mace around to swing it into the man's chest, the girl herself lets out a grunt as she's knocked back a few steps, as if she'd gotten the wind knocked out of her. Anyone approaching closely enough may catch a few words of what the man is trying to say, between successive attacks and as the girl begins to tire from exertion.]

After the Coming of Age celebration, the city was quiet for the next two days...at least until the 13th Hour. As the clocks stopped working, the night sky suddenly lit up as bright as day - onlookers gaped and townspeople screamed in terror as a large object, the source of the light, streaked across the sky, leaving a trail behind.

Those out patrolling could have easily followed its path as it flew close to most buildings before disappearing and slamming into the barrier on the Aquarius sector. A loud sound echoed through most of the city, sounding like a bomb had gone off. For all the populace knew, that was exactly what had just happened. Thankfully, the barrier stood.

Then all was quiet again, save for the whispers and murmurs of the townspeople. No one would dare to venture closer to source of the panic, especially so far away from the central town and so close to a hub of demon activity.

...Or, at least, until the Visitors were all contacted and politely asked (more likely begged) to go see what was happening while the police continued to maintain status quo. They had a feeling that whatever had happened, the crash site would be heavily guarded.

Time to gather and go see what has happened exactly...
