Please take off your shoes for the examination...
Who: Yamato Hotsuin, Ideo Hazama, and those who signed up for examinations (or who otherwise wants to get in on this if you missed it)
Where:Ideo's Swank Bachelor Pad For Two (And His Sister) Sagittarius Labs
Summary: Those with experience regarding demons, or are demonic themselves (or perhaps just weird), being called in to allow themselves to be prodded and poked and examined.
Warnings: You'll have to suffer from Yamato and Ideo's tender mercies.
After being subjected to the curtness of the Sagittarius Labs's chou-keshin receptionist, all those that have come to their assigned appointments will find themselves shuffled into a bland looking room, with uncomfortable stiff-backed seats and glossy out of date magazines on the small coffee table. There will also be that annoying clock that ticks just a bit too loudly and slowly for one's tastes, and that heavy silence that makes you whisper when you talk to people, even though there's no reason to.
Welcome to the Waiting Room.
After waiting for a few moments (or hours, depending on how early you came, and how delayed Ideo Hazama and Yamato Hotsuin were), you will be called in by Ceu to meet with one of the young geniuses. Prepare to be poked and prodded my friends, this is what you signed up for.
[OOC: Okay so basically we decided to do a catch all examination log, for those that are interested (as I know a few are). Me and Gaa split it up between us as well, so it's easier on us, and we can share the burden of tags. Who you will get is entirely random.
Again, only those that have experience with demons/are demonic themselves/or otherwise magical in some way can take part in this log. This is for SCIENCE]

When he was directed to the room, he looked around it and started pacing. It felt like a doctor's office, and he absolutely hated those. The rare times when he had to be in one there was always poking and prodding and remarking on his 'condition'. So Otoha paced, backwards and forwards, looking a bit like a trapped animal as he waited.

"Mister Otoha? Come with me."
She lead Otoha out of the stifling waiting room, and through a few gloomy corridors down to the lower labs below. The interior is very grim, very drab, and of course standing in the middle of the room with their back to them was Yamato Hotsuin. For once he wasn't wearing his heavy coat, and in fact had a white lab coat on. Judging by the slight movements of his shoulder, and the sound of something scratching over paper, he was writing a clipboard.
"Thank you, Ceu," Yamato said suddenly, turning around to face Otoha. Without a word, the Pixie left, and Yamato studied the other man with a critical look, clipboard tucked between his hip and forearm.
"Yosuke Otoha, yes?"

... The kid could do with looking less severe, though.
"Yeah. That's me."

For now though, she sat in the waiting room, looking at her running shoes while pondering means of shutting up the clock.

"Shura," Yamato greeted as Ceu left, smiling a little as he slipped a hand into his lab coat's pocket, shifting his weight to rest more on one leg. "You're actually wearing clothes that cover skin. I'm surprised."

The demons here seemed to be very similar to the ones in his world. It was fascinating, really. Perhaps they were from the same demonic world. Maybe it was through this shared world that some of them were able to be drawn.
He sat back, theorizing while he waited for lack of anything better to do.
awkward hanging out in the waiting room
It wasn't successful, but at least he tried. Instead of continuing this apparently one-sided conversation, a defeated Kaito wandered over to the chairs and sat across from Naoya, giving him one of those I See You Over There nods.
Awww yeah.

"Ah, Mr. Naoya. This way, please."
Down the hall and through several magical wards lay the lower labs, harkening back to an era even Naoya might not have been aware of. Ideo sat patiently in a computer chair by the massive server, smiling and waving as Ceu showed Naoya in.
"You're prompt. I guess that means at least one of us is, right?"

Take that, Yamato, he got to him before you did.
"Mr. Watari? If you'd please."
Aside from the skiddish politeness, Ideo remained silent the entire walk to the lower labs, giving the room a suspicious check before flopping in to his computer chair. He motioned to a stationary one opposite himself, grabbing his clipboard off a sling on the back of his own.
"Do you happen to have your COMP with you? Ah, your...old one. From your world."

Desco's child body, meanwhile, is lying on top of the bulk, stomach down, her legs waving in the air as she leafs through an outdated children's magazine - the kind with puzzles and games.

And his clipboard.
Yamato didn't even blink at the tentacles, just giving Desco a quick once over before looking down at his clipboard with a soft hum. "Desco, was it?"

Since there didn't seem to be anything else to do in the meantime, he takes his COMP from his pocket and begins to scroll through. It had been a while since he had summoned any of his demons... Hopefully, they didn't get bored waiting in whatever strange space they occupied when their assistance wasn't needed.

Either that or he didn't realize that Atsuro was here. Either way...

The entire way to the lower labs she seemed to stubbornly struggle to carry the clipboard manually, only giving up when within Ideo's viewing range. He took the board while giving the fairy a concerned look, but didn't press it.
"Thank you for coming. I'm sorry about the delay, we're still trying to compile earlier results."

Chances are you'll see her with a reference book on Hindu mythology, trying to puzzle out its various internal inconsistencies.

Then Io will be lead out and through some dreary looking hallways to the lower labs, where she'd meet Yamato - in a lab coat.
"Ah, I knew one of us would end up here," Yamato said, striding over to meet Io halfway. "You're here to offer testing to the Demon Summoning App, correct?"

He hated that clock. He wanted to totally obliterate it from existence.
Strangely, he wasn't in his cape - he felt that they were probably going to make him do physical stuff, and a cape would just get in the way. His headphones were still there though because he was not Kazuya without Cat Phones!

COFFEE BREAK UST TIME
There was a small, pathetic little "break room" off the lower labs, which was where most downtime occurred. The kitchen area had not much more than a toaster, fridge, french press, and a microwave. At the four-person table on the other side of the room, Ideo was intently trying to apply honey to a slice of toast, it's pair already slathered with lemon jam. Odd? Of course. But he wasn't going to risk getting crumbs all over the couch. He'd surely start a war with it's empress if he did.
AWYEEEEAH THE BEST OF COFFEE BREAKS
While Ideo was drowning his toast in sticky substances, Yamato entered the break room looking a bit perky (for him anyway). He had gathered a lot of interesting data off of Hitoshura, and although he would need more time to examine the samples he had gained from her in extreme detail, the information he currently had was enough to put him in a good mood.
Now he knew why Kanno enjoyed having interesting subjects in her experiments...
"Afternoon," Yamato greeted as he passed Ideo, and without warning stole one of the lemon jammed toasts and walked off to where the rest of the food supplies were, taking a very hungry bite out of his pilfered toast.
He was hungry and wanted something right now, alright.

Honestly, he was thinking about just turning around and leaving, when it was taking so long, but waiting around a little didn't hurt. Still, he was just kind of messing around on his cellphone, not really expecting much of anything from the red tape.

Your fate is sealed.
After following the fairy through a few dark corridors and several wards, Daichi will be led into a room that looked crossed with a Gothic ritual room and a laboratory, with Yamato standing beside what appeared to be an examination table, writing on a clipboard-
In a labcoat.
He looked up, a small smirk of amusement playing on his lips. "Ah, Shijima. What a surprise for you to show up willingly."

Well you asked for it...
Besides, she was going to make it fun. Woe be unto them.
Yet far be it for Gandrayda to just stand around waiting, mind you. She was standing up, leaning on the way, waiting until she was called in. There were probably no doubts that she wasn't normal, considering the nearly see-through well...everything.
